We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWhen I lay down, shortly later turned pillow over to see blood on the other side only on the pillow case not on the pillow. Took it off & down to reception who gave us a clean pillow case.
Room met our expectations size was great, Food was good, staff were lovely, welcoming friendly and attentive. Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast was lovely to. I would have preferred if the had tea coffee , fruit juice for you to help yourself as there was only one serving but other than that was good service.

Stayed here with a friend for the second time. The strength of the hotel is definitely the brilliant staff. They are friendly and helpful whilst ensuring you have a great stay. Lovely peaceful location. Neilston train station less than 10 minutes drive away ( about £ 8 taxi fare) with frequent trains into central Glasgow. Great value for money compared to hotels prices in central Glasgow. We liked the timings for breakfast ( 10.00-11.00 ) with the option of an earlier continental breakfast. Great choice for breakfast, well presented, particularly liked the sausages. Loved having both a bath and shower in the bathroom
