shower didn't work well and very dated decour

this represents the true blackpool experience, got exactly what we were expecting

No hot water in 1 of the rooms. Quilts need renewing urgently as they were paper thin. No extra blankets supplied. Lot of damp patches in room on ceiling and walls.

Location near bars,restaurants and sea front. Staff lovely. Breakfast amazing value.

The owner didnt answer his mobile. It kept going to voicemail. i ended up sending a email to booking.com. He did though when he got that he come straight away. This was during winter and got soaked. If i hadnt had my mobile or it not be charged it would off been worst again. The front garden could do with a clean and tidy up. It was warmer in reception some times then my room. I would call it more off a bed and breakfast than a hotel, so not sure why it calls itself a hotel. Doors wasnt easiest to lock or unlock but was winter.

Great breakfast couldnt fualt it. A friendly laid back host. Late checkin was no problem. Among the better places ive stayed in Blackpool As a bed and breakfast it was of good quality. It was clean and tidy inside. I needed time to chill out and managed to get it (and not because it was winter lol).

Needs plugs in the sinks that fit, or just plugs. Hotel phone number went to voicemail, no reply to my message. A number given to me, straight to voicemail. The number on the poster in the reception area doesn't take calls. We need a reliable phone number. We said we would be there for 2pm, we were kept waiting outside for nearly 20 minutes outside freezing before another guest let us in.

The staff was helpful and friendly .the breakfast was very enjoyable and unlimited tea or coffee great value .you could 5 min walk to town centre .plenty of pubs in the area .

Trevor is a fantastic host very friendly ,excellent breakfast & good value for money. Close to pubs & shops & the town centre only a short walk Location close to train Station only 5 minute walk

Did not have breakfast the staff was brilliant but wen we left we got threatened by man and women about my parking the car I was told were to park so I was not in the wrong wen someone e says to u hope u av an avmccident on the way home he's lucky I dud not involve the police will not be staying there again

A little bit outdated, the bathrooms are really tiny, but other then that it was nice hotel

It was only a 10 min walk to the main area where all the bars are, two min walk to the promenade! Staff was absolutely fantastic he could not help us enough! Great service!

A couple of hooks in the bathroom (preferably near the shower) to hang towels would have been handy.

Really friendly host, good location a short walk from the promenade and centre. The whole place is pretty dated and could do with some renovation, but our room was clean and the bed comfy enough, so for the very affordable price you really can’t grumble.

Simple room near gay bars and north pier

Outside at the front of the property needs a tidy up and the entrance and stairs needed sweeping and hoovering

Breakfast was good and the bed was clean and comfy but needed better pillows

Broken plug near my mate's bed put him off using it

Owner was welcoming and very friendly. Fast check in and I liked being upgraded to a larger room. Location was perfectly close to train station and Winter Gardens where we were working that weekend

cleanliness could be a little better in parts. bedsheets needed changing but staff were very quick to respond and sort this so not really too negative

close to the seafront. with nearby parking. staff very accommodating with husband’s gluten intolerance. super helpful.
