Parking is tight but at least they have parking, a tough commodity to come by in Penzance.

Great location in Penzance to see the town and travel to the nearby venues. The host, Gerrin, was very helpful and interesting.

Only downside was that the bed was quite hard, would have needed a top mattress.

Charming BnB run by a friendly family. High standard breakfast. My single room was tiny but beautifully decorated. Great location within walking distance from the train station.

Wish I had known the TV wouldn't work after nine. But that probably contributed to the quiet - which I did actually appreciate!

Allison was so welcoming and helpful! And the breakfasts were really good. The single room was small but fine for one person.

Wonderful hosts, clean, comfortable room, superb breakfast. Location is right on the seafront and the walk into town is just a few minutes via pretty, interesting backstreets with quirky arty shops.

The only thing I can fault is that the shower had rather low water pressure. Everything else was wonderful.

Great location with direct sea views but slightly set back in a quiet close. Right by Jubilee Pool. Really friendly owners. Excellent home cooked breakfast. Good contact ahead of time. It has car parking.

Nothing really. If I must mention something, I have to say that our room is newly painted /refurbished. It is a wonderful room but comes with a furniture/ paint smell.

Great location, easily accessible from train station. Comes with sea view and wonderful breakfast. We took an overnight train and reached really early, our host kindly let us dropped the luggage first. Definitely recommendable!

The location is fine but not exceptional. The rate charged, especially for an almost off-season period, is quite high compared to similar accomodations in Devon and Cornwall.

Our room was spacious and clean. The owners and staff are very friendly and hospitable.

The warm, gracious hosts of Warwick House made my stay memorable. Genuine hospitality, excellent facilities which were well maintained and tasty hearty breakfasts on offer! My short time felt much longer and was the vacation I needed! Great location - close to everything. A real gem!

Breakfast was just how I like it and locally sourced produce. Refreshing hone made fruut salad and tasty sausage and bacon .Hosts are so friendly and made me feel so at home, definitely will return.

Unusually, my table was twice placed beside the door between the kitchen and breakfast room. As a single man this made me feel uncomfortable. In addition one of the guests interrupted to talk to me on her way out, when I was eating breakfast. I coughed and couldn't stop until afterwards, in my room, I coughed out a baked bean lodged in my windpipe! It was a great shock for me. A real health and safety issue! I didn't report it. However, I would refuse to sit at the same table again because guests passed me by, to and fro, disturbing my meal. My near emergency choking event was an unpleasant experience. Aside from these circumstances, the standard of the hotel was exceptionally good.

Perfectly clean room. White bed linen. Quiet place where I could catch-up on my sleep in a fantastic comfortable warm bed. High quality breakfast freshly prepared. Welcoming friendly polite hosts. Seafront location. The guest house was spotlessly clean and I felt at home. I will definitely stay at Warwick House on my future trips to Penzance. I had a wonderful time.

Parking was tight , but the owners went out off their way to make it easier for us. The steps at the front were quite difficult for a husband waiting for a double hip replacement!!!
