Double bed was really tiny , not great for a couple of adults, no drawer space , shower was a trickle with no power

I didn't like how close the hotel was to the M40 and the noise would have been a problem if we hadn't been warned by comments on Trip advisor to check which room we were allocated.

Check in was easy and the staff very helpful. The room was adequate but I think the bathroom should be updated, The bed was firm but ok for me although the duvet was on the small side. The breakfast was good value although it was the same every day so maybe a different type of egg could be offered some days since scrambled is not everyone's choice.

If anything then the lack of plug sockets/mobile phone sockets next to the bed was a let down, the low level socket beneath the mirror was difficult to access due to my disability The only other thing would be the attempt at "funky lighting" with the "spaghetti light" hanging from the ceiling - it just looked out of place and out of keeping - but that is more likely to be down to personal taste .

The staff were all exceptional, really friendly, excellent customer service skills at any time of the day or night. It was so refreshing to have a cheery hello and a polite how was your day, no matter what time of the day or night. The "team effort" was visible too, right from the maintenance man to the duty manager. This was our first time staying with you (we usually stay with a rival company (the "purple one") but you'd been recommended and we were not disappointed. We really appreciated that as one of us has a disability we were able to register our car and so if there wasn't a designated disabled parking space, it still meant that I could be dropped off at the door and then park using the blue badge in one of the many other spaces available.

Bed mattress was quite saggy meaning we fell into each other and woke each other up. We were surprised we needed to pay separately for parking even though it was discounted.

Room was very clean and already made up when we arrived. Staff greeting us were friendly. Breakfast was good and included everything we would want. Parking was easy.

i) Temporary heating in room but no explanation when we checked in. this form of heating could be unstable / unsafe if young children were in a family room ii) Small double bed and no offer to upgrade at check in iii) Empty shower soap in shower unit iv) Desk lamp not working

Friendly staff & facilities and ability to eat / drink in onsite restaurant albeit limited menu. Close to Warwick town centre and easy access from M40. Generally happy with hotel as have stayed many times previously

There wasn't a huge choice in meal options on the restaurant menu. The bathrooms looked dated but were perfectly functional and did the job.

It was really handy having such easy parking and the restaurant downstairs. The beds were really comfy which was welcome after a long day at Warwick Castle. We had originally requested a cot which wasn't in the room when we got there but a quick call to reception and it was brought up in no time.

There were stains on at least one of the pillowcases. It was £5 for parking even though we were guests, which I thought was a bit cheeky. But no other negatives apart from those things.

The room was pleasant, good-sized, and what I expected, really. Bathroom was fairly good too. The staff were lovely and the location was fairly close to Warwick town centre/Warwick Castle. Breakfast was included and was delicious. There was a McDonalds literally next door to the hotel, which was convenient.
