The floor boards above me were slightly creeky and the pillows where a smidge but flat, and slightly better WiFi

Loved the location, food and the hospaitlaity the rooms where brillant (especially the baths), really enjoyed the ambience and the aesthetic and made it feel very homely

There were a number of issues with the management of the hotel. Incorrect charging of dinner to the correct room. The bar was massively understaffed. No soap, shampoo or conditioner dispensers in the shower and nowhere to put one’s own Soap, shampoo, conditioner. Not a 5 star, or even 4 star hotel.

The bottle of water hasn’t been changed in our room - it has been opened and was half empty.

Lovely country hotel in the Cotswolds. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The food was very good, would stay again quite happily and would recommend.

Dinner menu could be expanded to include some other options. Perhaps you could have added some more staff for the dining room and the bar.

Everything! Beautiful property. Lovely and welcoming receptionists who went out of their way to help a touring cyclist upon arrival. Wonderful pub garden. Fabulous room—huge and comfortable bed, enormous bath, tranquil, comfortable and beautiful. Excellent breakfast. Will definitely return. Many, many thanks! Michael Himes

Nothing. Very pleased with everything.

The property is located in a beautiful and idyllic setting. It’s easy to find and has a large car park . It’s very clean and the staff couldn’t do enough for us , surprisingly giving us an upgrade to one of the large annex suite situated at the rear of the main Inn. Plenty of space , large bed and items for my little dog. The bathroom was very luxurious with a roll top bath and generous shower.

Absolutely stunning location. Property has everything you need - a lovely restaurant (where you also have breakfast), a cosy pub where you can also eat and a massive outdoor eating drinking space and loved the addition of the little van.

The room is well furnished and decorated, but missing some functional staffs like storage and fridge.

Centuries old building but well maintained, room is clean and cozy. The surrounding area and the hotel itself are very beautiful, and with half an hour pleasant walk will go the bourton-on-the-water town. Great breakfast.
