United KingdomThe shower water pressure wasn't good, as was trying to get the temperature right. The kitchen cupboards were empty so no use for a takeaway meal. The bathroom fan never turned off The bathroom basin glass holders were hanging of the wall, and it could do with a good tile clean Some areas of paintwork could do with a coat of paint. The pole next to the bed is not convenient Being presented with toilet rolls as you enter the hotel was not expected

The location is brilliant about 15 mins from Gatwick. It has plenty of free parking space but you do have to pay if leaving car for a holiday. There's no bar which is a shame as you have to go into Crawley for food and drink. Overall we were happy and would stay again.

United Kingdomthe breakfast at £10 was poor. Only Rice Crispies , cornflakes and coco pops. No Branflakes or high fibre serial, no yoghurts and no cols meats or chesses. ONLY instant coffee. Not what I would expect for such a large outlay.

United KingdomThe security staff member checked us in. We had to ask where breakfast was located (didn’t realise that it was a continental self service, with no staff around) The property wasn’t near a shop, pub or restaurant to buy an evening meal or even a snack option & the hotel doesn’t offer this or even a bar to get a drink. However, there are plenty of microwave ovens which are available to use if you were aware that this is the only option & bought something with you to heat up. The cold tap on the bath didn’t work & the shower cord had been broken at a length of about 5 inches, so it meant either scalding yourself or climbing on the edge of the bath to pull the cord so that you could use the cold water setting on the shower to cool the bath water down. (There wasn’t anyone around at check out, so it couldn’t be reported)
It was clean & a pretty looking property. We were flying from Gatwick the following day, so it was close to our destination.

United KingdomThe shower. Needs mending. Just a dribble of water coming out. Advertised as breakfast included which is always a bonus but, on arrival we found out this was a continental breakfast which isn't something we really like. This could do with being made clear when booking.

United KingdomThe facilities are a little but on the down side but not enough to comaplain about. However on theis visit the cleanliness of the hotel was sub standard. Normally not a problem but this time there was multiple things wrong including the sheets, towels and geraral cleanliness of the room. I was less than pleased. I am in the area alot for work and my next trip which would have seen a long stay ewill probably be at a different hotel now
I have stayed here many time sand normally it is ok. It is in a nice location and despite being out of the way it is not difficult to find. The staff had me checked in nice and quick as i had already booked and paid online.

United KingdomNeed to consider this place is close to the airport and you'll hear the full thrust of the airplanes. I was given the room 104, which is at the far end of the property and the heater didn't work and woke up with huge discomfort, blocked nose and very cold. Even more, Saturdays some loud music but not later than 22 o'clock. There's someone present on site only between 15—23 o'clock.
I liked the location, it is a bit far away from the city, surrounded by nature.
