A little dated and the furniture could use an update

Didn't have the dish washing liquid. And I did request for extra duvet as soon as I booked but really did not get. We were sharing the bed but wanted extra duvets to use.

It was very homely and in perfect location. It was clean and just perfect.

Very, very minor but could you put washing up liquid and tea towels in the kitchen - there was a dishwasher (with 2 tablets 😀) but we didn’t use it as we weren’t eating meals in the apartment. We bought some but it’s such a simple thing to not have in a fully equipped kitchen. A small hoover too maybe? There is an ironing board and a washing machine in a big utility cupboard but no hoover.

This was in the perfect location for us and the views were fabulous! We loved the space and it had everything we needed with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a great kitchen/living space. It was also a great place to unwind too. It was perfect for transport links (next to Waterloo) but also an easy walk to the Southbank, Tate Modern etc. We also felt very secure and safe in the apartment, with several locked gates/doors with key pads. Also very quiet, which is amazing in the middle of the city. We’ve already booked our next trip!

Could do with towel rail in bathrooms and basic seasons like salt pepper sugar so it would save time from shopping for everything

Our first issue with the property was the fact that we had awful neighbors—not sure if they were staying there on vacation as well or if they’re permanent. They opened our door at one point when we had not locked it properly, then later in the night (around midnight) they rang our doorbell over and over again, banged on the door, and kept jiggling the handle. It made us all uncomfortable. Lastly, the unit only had a washing machine, not a dryer as well. Even though it is a 2 for 1 unit, the drying aspect on the machine did not work at all. Which left us scrambling to hang dry all of our clothes for 6 people.

Very spacious and clean! Plenty of room for 6 adults to stay comfortably for the weekend. Great location as well with access to Waterloo Station and great restaurants near by.

Excellent location, right beside Waterloo Station. The apartment was very nice, clean and new, it was warm and user friendly, We had no issues with any of it and would recommend to anyone.

Nothing not to like about the apartment.

Apartment was well maintained, modern, clean, and big for a family of 7, very close to the metro, grocery stores, and restaurants. It is in central London so it is very accessible to all tourist attractions. Apartment had a very good view of London. Worth value for your money. We would love to go back and stay.

Checking in was a bit annoying, as the key was not in the lockbox, which delayed time, though it was sorted out in the end. They were missing a few things, like dishwashing soap and a sponge; I understand they had a dishwasher, but I just wanted to wash things by hand and use them again and I couldn't... The couches were filthy, I didn't even want to sit on them, I had to use a pillow and sit on that, sort it out... The view could have been much better, we had a lovely balcony and our views were just work buildings and the back of Waterloo Station, really rubbish. However overall, would stay again.

Great size, loved the fact it had 2 toilets. It was clean, minus the couches! Beautiful large Balcony, living room, and kitchen- equipped with almost everything you needed. Plenty of storage and comfortable beds, just beautiful in general. Convenient for transport and shops, as Waterloo station is right outside, lots of buses & a Sainsbury's and Tesco is right across the street as well!

There was a thumping noise from the water heater, but we alerted the person & it was going to be fixed

It wasn’t really clean and the couch smelled bad. There hotel took a deposit of 250 pounds one day before our arrival and no one told us about that. It was s little shady. Also the window was broken.

I liked the location because it was really close to Big Ben and to a lot of things. It was really warm and cozy in the apartment.

only thing was sofa bed didn’t fully stay up the bottom legs kept collapsing if any weight was put on the end of the bed, but was fine for sleeping cause your bodys at the top

The sofa bed is damaged. Not sufficient to sleep on it nicely.

Apartment 3 had a great view, a very light and great living room. Unfortunately the sofa is not sufficient to sleep there with two people. It is falling apart, parts are missing. Despite that, the apartment is great.

There is no parking so about 7 minutes walk to the nearest parking spaces.

Very convenient location, excellent views with the balcony. Even though it’s on very busy street, the apartment is super quiet. Rooms are cozy and clean.

The only issue will be this property is without a carpark. of course, this is limited to my knowledge of the property. slight inconvenience to offload and loading the luggage from vehicle. other than this, this is a good property to stay.

The location is excellent just right outside of Waterloo station. The property is clean and spacious for a London stay. Perfect for a family with kids or even couple stay with more space. Will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great but if I’m being mega picky, needs washing up liquid, dish cloth and tea towels. They do provide dishwasher tablets so that’s great but you can’t wipe the surfaces, but otherwise it’s really lovely.

The only problem I had with it was the street noise. I had a very hard time sleeping because of it. The beds were so comfy, and everything else was great. I just could not sleep with the noise. The rest of my family slept just fine! We woke up to no hot water the first morning. They came within a few hours to fix it.

The apartment was a great location, right near the tube! There was plenty of room for my family of 5! It's a very nice place to stay! There are tons of places to eat and shop right around the apartment. Good walking distance to the eye of London area!

Sofa bed was OK, a bit uncomfortable but do able for 2 nights.

The apartment was clean and just what we needed for our wkd away. Great location as easy to get to places in London and just off round from Waterloo Station. Is was bright and clean, and beds were comfy.

Not enough glasses or cooking trays / pans etc. and took too long to get the extra bits we needed (asked for glasses during afternoon day 1, didn’t get until afternoon day 2). Place needs a little update, small things in need of fixing / replacing
