Everything about our stay was perfect. The rooms are lovely and comfortable with loads of little touches. Rosemary and David couldn't have been more helpful and the breakfast was gorgeous. We even brought our dog with us. The location is perfect for all Shanklin has to offer - a fantastic trip!

The food was excellent and locally sourced, hosts very welcoming and exactly what we would expect from such a highly rated hotel/BnB. Rosemary and David were fantastic throughout, the little touches are what makes places like these absolutely perfect for a few nights getaway (the Easter egg by the door when we got back to the room was lovely!)

Very happy with our stay and there was nothing that we didn't like.

Very good breakfasts with lots of food choices. We were made to feel very welcome and all our needs were met. Spacious bedroom with lots of wardrobe and drawer space, and a comfortable lounge area and conservatory.

Rosemary & David were very friendly and welcoming, offering advice on the local area (restaurants etc.). Nothing is too much trouble. It was nice that each room had their own reserved table for breakfast and I think it's a great idea to offer the use of this for guests to bring back take-away food, although we ate out each evening. The choice for breakfast was very good, with a selection of fresh fruit and lighter cooked options. I highly recommend the Egg Florentine, the Hollandaise sauce tasted home made. The room was really bright & airy and exceptionally clean. The location is good, just a short walk to the town and the lift to access the beach. In the event of bad weather, they have brollys to lend and somewhere to leave muddy boots in the entrance hall.

Nothing at All!!! Everything was lovely and it was a joy to stay there. Great to have adults only. Thank you Rosemary and David for a lovely break. 😍

The hosts were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Kind enough to offer ideas for places to visit and the best eateries nearby. So quite and comfortable with all you could ask for on a relaxing break. Lots of board games should you want to relax in the lounge or conservatory. Rooms were spotless, bright and come with lovely calming subtle decor. Perfect for a relaxing time. The breakfasts were excellent and you had a choice of some excellent locally sourced products. Rosemary and David and their team made our 5 night stay one of the best and we shall be returning again soon I hope

Breakfasts were very nice with a good choice of items, located close to the cliff lift so if not so mobile it would be easy to get down to the beach. Old Shanklin village and the newer town centre all within easy walking distance.
