Well placed for an easy 10 minute max walk into the centre of Richmond. Lots of walks nearby including easy access to walks 2 minutes from the house across fields etc.

Great Hosts. Room small but comfortable. Nice continental breakfast. Good for parking albeit with a 15 min walk to the centre. Would definetely book again.

As l mentioned a bit later end to the breakfast time slot and the three steps up to the en-suite bathroom.

Breakfast was a choice of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit which was very good. I thought l would miss the cooked breakfast but l didn’t. Service was excellent but l would have preferred the time slot to be 9am finish but l understood why breakfast ended at 8.30. Our room was small but very well organised and had everything we needed. I did feel concerned about the three steps up to our en-suite bathroom, especially if you needed to get up in the night though they had put a grab rail by the door going in. Overall a very comfortable stay and would recommend to friends.

Walking into the town when the outside temperature was in the 30's.... Not that the hosts had any control over the weather!

The only negative thing we had was it was too far out of the square to meet up with our group of friends. But getting a taxi was no problem

The hosts were helpful and could not do enough for us. Made us feel welcomed. Continental breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Parking was no trouble.

Our hosts, Emma and Mark were so welcoming and friendly, we thought we had known them for a long time . Our room was very comfortable with 2 easy chairs , and the mirrors were in the right places for plugs etc. The bed was just right , not too soft and not too firm. The location of the guest house is also perfect with plenty of parking within a 10/15 minute walk into the town centre. It's up hill going into town but obviously down hill going back to the guest house, which is the best way of it to be. But there is loads of parking in town if you drive in. All in all a perfect stay in a very lovely part of the country.

My friend had difficulties using steps to get into the toilets. Only due to her problems with locking knee.

Breakfast room and entrance hall were welcoming and cozy with lovely art decors and furniture. You can see the owners passion for good Art work and style. It clearly showed their well travelled life style.

The room was really comfortable and warm and quiet, and the continental breakfast was far more than that. We particularly liked the delicious home made fruit salad which Emma made for us each day. Emma and Mark are caring and lovely hosts and very responsive.

A 12 minute walk to the market square so we could leave the car at the guest house. A nice warm welcome when we arrived with plenty of info from them regarding the area, places to visit and where to eat. We knew it was continental breakfast which was excellent, plenty of choice with top ups added. Had 2 nights of uninterrupted, peaceful sleeps in a room that was an ideal size with tea/coffee making facilities.

Guest house was great with excellent room facilities. Beds comfortable and room clean with good selection of hot drinks to make. Breakfast was served well with plenty of choice.
