The shower did not have any power and the sink has old fashion taps, with one very hot and one very cold tap. I didn't think it was good value for money as I stayed in cheaper hotels in the past with better facilities. (It was a last minute booking so unsure if the price was high because of this)

The bed is comfy , the breakfast was good (English breakfast), the staff was really nice and welcoming and the room smelled and was cleaned. The hotel was really quiet when we were staying.

Room was very comfortable, bedding was soft and smelled nice, shower was powerful, multiple mirrors for getting ready, tea and coffee making facilities, everything was clean, the breakfast was very nice - cooked fresh and made to order, the staff were very friendly and attentive. Lots of parking on the street just outside and just a short walk from the sea front.

Room was great very comfy large bed and everything we needed.. shower great. Spotlessly clean throughout. Housekeeping very high standard. Nice quiet area at hotel. Great location with beach and town centre within easy walk distance and near A55 to explore more of wales. Breakfast was great quality products, (loved the bacon) and staff all lovely and very helpful. Would stay again. Exceptional value.

We didn’t like the following: -In the bathroom was very unpleasant to wash face and mouth because of the separate water taps- we are shocked why the administration didn’t change the water taps ( it’s 2023) - if we turned on the hot water was boiling and because is separate taps was very uncomfortable to wash - the staff never smiled and during our conversation we felt like they are unhappy ( don’t know the reason)

The breakfast was a tad on the cool side and was unsure what to do with the key on check out. Parking wasn't great but understandable if the place was fully booked

Wasn't expecting too much for a 2 star hotel. Entrance foyer just needs a tidy and a lick of paint as this is what the visitors see first when arriving.

Stayed the one night.. Nice welcome, Jan very friendly and accommodating. Nice clean big room. Breakfast was good with a good fresh coffee machine to help yourself to. Fine place for a short stay.

The room was clean, with fresh towels and lots of tea, sugar, milk etc. Ideal for a stay.
