Bathroom very small my husband said shower cubicle too small for the power shower. Think cubicle in need of bring resealed as bit black round the bottom. Also the cushions on the bed that I was leaning on smelt of peoples hair. We had room next to front door but were lucky the other guests were quiet as wouldn’t of been so happy if had been woken every time they went in or out.

The location was perfect. Was confused about the parking, on booking I read it as you would be able to park not only free from a certain time IF you can get a slot anyway! Did pay an extra £15 to use car park down the road.

Mattress was too firm/pillows too thin for my personal liking. On the pricier side of reasonable.

We only has 1 tea bag each, even though we stayed 3 nights. They cancelled breakfast just before our stay due to COVID issues and we only saw them once over the 3 days.

We had a twin room, with one comfy bed and one squeaky bed. The bus stop was at the end of the road and went straight into the city. They were super at sorting out some parking as everywhere around the B&B was permit only. Communication was via text. The room was quite spacious.

We had atic room and it was quiet small and compared to other hotels such as Travelodge or premier Inn rooms for that price would have been considerably larger

Lack of parking, more difficult than expected from comments on website. Low quality WiFi signal, sometimes needed to stand on the landing to use. Bathroom very cramped and TV was too small. Dirty windows (Birds), and drainage from other rooms running down pipes outside window.

Walking distance to pubs and town. Host was friendly.

Breakfast unavailable due to COVID which would have been useful to be told in advance as breakfast was showing as booked with my reservation. I was originally placed in the wrong room but staff were apologetic and moved my belongings. The exterior/doors of my shower were broken but the shower itself was functional.

The staff were kind and accommodating upon arrival and free on-street parking was available, though it was a 5 minute walk away due to busy streets. The en-suite room was comfortable and homely, making the room an altogether functional and convenient base for a weekend trip.

We were able to check-in early and leave our bags which made logistics so much easier for us. We were made welcome to use the garden. They were happy to keep our luggage after checkout, so we could spend the day in Oxford and collect it as we left the city.

Description included free parking, but found out it is restricted parking further up the road limited to 2 hours up till 4pm that you had to pay for, after 4pm was free till 9am so had to move car early which is not always convenient.

The free parking was about 10min walk away. Paper was hanging down from the ceiling, and shower head was not fitted properly to the bar. Would expect better as they have had plenty of time to sort out during lock down and low cost items to put right. No Breakfast being served due to Covid.

Location was fantastic for the city centre, room was comfy and tidy, and the hosts were very pleasant and welcoming. We only stayed the one night but it was a nice stay.
