We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomAlthough the bathroom was very clean, the basin was so small it made having a wash/ shave etc difficult to rinse face etc & was just about big enough to get the kettle under the taps to fill!! Shower was ok. We didn’t know that rooms here are not serviced until after day one of your stay!! ( to save money! ) I have no objection to using towels more than once but, there is nowhere in-the bathroom to dry towels sufficiently for next use. This policy also meant that we had no clean mugs for a cuppa on our return to our room & again same mugs for the next morning & again same mugs when returning to the room in the evening. Of course, you expect to rinse a mug out in the bathroom during your stay, but you don’t expect to use the same mugs over 3 days! We had a two night stay without our room being serviced!! I’m sure a serviced room is included in the room rate!! Breakfast wasn’t brilliant. Good choice but cooked food only warm, not hot.
We had a quiet, pleasant 2 nights stay in the Marstons Lodge. Our room was spacious, bright & very clean with a lovely view over the water. No slamming doors etc during the night. Good supply of tea, coffee etc & good sized tv. Bed was comfy. Heating was easy to regulate. Water in bathroom was hot. Good sized towels. Clean towels happily provided on request along with more tea, coffee etc. Marstons pub just next door serving food from basic menu. However, it really is the staff that makes The Willows !! They are all so friendly & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble & always with a smile!

I have been to the Willows several times. The staff are so welcoming and friendly. The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. There is a good choice at breakfast ( my husband said they could do with a better sausage) Great value for money. We will if course return!
