Booked because it had a lift as I was travelling with my disabled daughter. Nowhere did it say although it had a lift ,you still had to do two sets of stairs to most rooms. Also you couldn't access the breakfast area by lift as the door from the lift to that area was locked and could only be opened from the other side. You had to stand and knock hoping someone would hear. Absolutely unacceptable. During breakfast time it should be accessible.

Room was great. Staff were amazing. Wonderful breakfast cooked by the most fabulous happy lady, so bright and bubbly.

We should have asked more questions on access to rooms. There was a lift to various floors but you then needed to take 12 steps up and down the stairs to access the room. We were just about ok with it but my sister and husband struggled. Would have preferred a walk in shower, we had to climb in the bath to have a shower, plus a proper anti slip mat. But it hasn't put us if coming back.

Close to Victoria coach and rail station and lots more. Will definitely book again.

Room was a bit dated but had everything you need in it. Lots of steps up and down but there is a lift thankfully! Not very near an underground station but quite close to Victoria Coach station.

Nice area. Within walking distance of a few good restaurants - particularly an Italian restaurant called Sicily which was lovely. Staff were very helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was excellent.

The hotel is located near the center, its just a short walk to Victoria Station. The staff is very friendly, the price is fair and the breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommandable

Our experience of the stay was great and met all our needs. Meeting an amazing family that runs this boutique hotel was most important to us. From the moment we walked in the front door, we felt a friendly and warm attitude, we received helpful recommendations about sites to visit and used them. We felt like being at home away from home. The staff were excellent, very attentive, the breakfast staff and management were so nice, always asking if you wanted more to eat, and the breakfast were superb. The location was excellent, literally 5 mins from the Victoria coach station, and 10 mins from the tube station, and a 20 minutes walk to Buckingham Palace.

Bed was little hard for my taste

The room had no individual heating control. The heating was only turned on between 7-11 pm. It came on in the morning on my 2nd night at 7am ( I think). I didn’t notice if it came on the first morning as I was rushed to leave to meet a tour after breakfast. I was surprised that even though I had the ‘Do not disturb ‘ tag hanging outside my door, some one had entered the room and opened the window!

This small boutique hotel is well located to the Main Victoria Station and bus terminal. My bed was comfortable and a 2nd doona was provided at my request. Please note that the ensuite is compact, something to consider if you’re a larger person. Breakfast was quick and really nice although the earliest start is 7:45am Staff were polite and helpful.
