Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Maybe we would have appreciated a few more plates/glasses.
Great apartment, very easy and quick to reach central London via the Elizabeth line. The parking space was really convenient! Would definitely book again!

The building was in a quite dirty area and the premises outside the flat were non clean.
Next to bus, train and underground stations. Private parking was very good!

Should pick up remote key first to access to the building through the bridge where is connected with parking lot.
Nice house to stay and great location to travel city center by public transportation. Free parking is a good benefit.

The flat was very well equipped and very comfortable. There were good transport links into central London with a choice of overground Elizabeth line and DLR. Check in was effortless and the host was informative.

The apartment was fantastic! Great location easy to get to 2 train stations and shops! Apartment was a great size very clean and had basics like teabags,coffee,shampoo,conditioner,shower gel, washing powder etc included which is a real bonus! Would recommend 100%! The guy on reception is brilliant. Very good communication and fast to respond.

The parking arrangement could’ve been better, but not a big deal.
The owner was very polite, helpful and easy to contact. The property was exactly as described. Modern and tastefully decorated. The owner’s attention to detail was exceptional.

Great modern property, clean, convenient location with decent facilities. Train station & grocery store is closeby. The flat has all the necessities to cook, dine & work too. The property manager Bram was very helpful & responsive. He was available during whole stay to answer questions & accommodate us.

Just a little far away from Londons center (40-50 mins)

While the general cleanliness was acceptable, we found open food in the freezer, which wasn’t ideal. There was also a discolored spot on the wall outside the bathroom, which might have been mold. The apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, and since we were there during an unusually hot period, it got quite uncomfortable. We had to keep the windows open at night, and unfortunately, the trains running underneath the building disturbed our sleep regularly. We did not found the wifi access.
We had a good stay overall. The location is very convenient – it's close to a London Underground station, so getting to the city center was quick and easy. There's a tasty restaurant right in the same building and a Sainsbury’s supermarket just around the corner. Even though the City Airport is nearby, it didn’t cause any noise disturbance at all. The bathroom and shower were in good condition and worked well. The apartment was clean on a basic level, and we appreciated the functional setup.

It felt as though someone had moved out of their flat to allow us to stay for a couple of nights which felt a bit odd. Food in the cupboards and toiletries etc but maybe that’s the done thing these days? I wasn’t sure. Couldn’t have the main bedroom window open for long before it filled up with cigarette smoke from a neighbouring flat but appreciate that’s not always an issue for anyone. Just a major issue with the current heatwave for my parents when trying to sleep
I loved all the space and the decor. Beautiful furnishings and generally clean and tidy. Really good value for money to allow the family to go to a wedding in Greenwich and have a comfortable space to kick back before and after.

Main bedroom has a super comfy large double bed, the second bedroom not so good and the sofa bed in the living room was just a bench sofa with a back that lowered and wasn't comfortable or suitable for a long stay. Could do with coat pegs in the living area or hallway and somewhere to put clothes in the smaller bedroom.
The apartment was very clean and ideal having two bathrooms for 4 people sharing. Good amount of shops nearby close to the tube station and DLR.
