Tired, dark and mouldy. Needs a refresh. Otherwise its a nice rural location with parking, which is otherwise hard to find

The property is tired and smells of mould. It needs a refresh. It is also a strenuous walk up the hill from the village, but there is no problem with that

    Maybe too much of relaxation

Specially the serenity of the place. It made the world of a difference because we could not get telephone connections so I had undivided attention of my wife who could not be on her social networks.

The property is too small for 10 people. I would say it will be perfect for 8. Also the kitchen is tiny and under resourced. The oven is very slow and there is no microwave.

The Location, near Plymouth. The views and walks as well as the kids facilities like the pool.

    Very disappointing

The whole complex was run down and dated and although clean, the cottage appeared not to have been decorated in years. The entrance porch was shabby and dirty which did not give a good first impression and because the décor was dark, lights had to remain switched on in almost every room . There was a metal spiral staircase which was totally unsuitable for the toddlers in our party even though a stairgate was provided. Although set in a pretty valley , the property was difficult to access and the walk to the village was difficult across the field with a buggy and arduous up a 25% incline along the road on the return journey.

The bedding was clean . There was an indoor pool on site, which appeared to be maintained daily. The owners seemed nice and provided scones, cream and jam .

shower screen leaked a lot of water, one of kitchen lights broken, we reported when leaving and the owner acknowledged he knew about this. Advertised as 6 minutes walk to the villages but it was not stated this was through a unlit field and down a dirt track.

It was dirty. The heating didn't work the bath leaked the fire extinguishers were unchecked nothing was pat tested the cooker and crockery were dirty. The entire place was rundown and shabby. I have taken photos and made my feelings known to the owner so he gave us 40 pounds back but then after we had left charged us 15 pounds for the dog after saying no charge. Out of order totally.

There was nothing to like it was dreadful

It's a very sweet little farm. You can see that back in its hay day it was something quite spectacular, however, it seems that the owners have moved on to the childcare center at the front of the property and the holiday side has been quite neglected. The cottage was quite dirty in spots and in need of updating. There are a lot of extension cords to attach things. Overall, vet lovely place, just needs a bit of TLC to bring it back around, 😊

The location is beautiful. The views and the walk down to the beach is lovely. We met the daughter and her partner and they were so sweet! They brought us scones with fresh cream and jam. Delicious. The owners were away.

Some of the facilities are a little tired and needed some renovation (tennis court mainly), but i would much rather go for a run than play tennis so no issue to me.

My family and i stayed in a 3 bed cottage, at the Wringford location. We will definitely be going back. Free wifi was so useful as there is no signal so can still keep in touch. All rooms a good size, and the owners are lovely, loads of knowledge and so helpful. Great play areas for the kids and on site nursery if you wished to spend a day kid free.
