Spacious, with modern stylish decor. Quality fittings throughout. Good heating. Quiet location, easy walk to York attractions. Kitchen very well equipped, bathroom also. Bedroom had plenty of storage and comfy bed.

It was in a very peaceful location, however not far away from the city centre, and all the amenities were great. Bed was super comfortable! Nice addition was Netflix on the tv.

The television instructions were not clear, or perhaps we weren’t very tech savvy.

The kitchen facilities were very good, the bed was comfortable, there was a great skylight in the bedroom and the host quickly responded to any queries.

Thin walls, could hear neighbouring apartments.

Space was clean. All advertised amenities available and ready for use. Bed was super comfortable (better than most hotels). Shower was excellent. 15 minute walk from city center. Quiet neighbourhood. Would absolutely stay here again.

Very close to the station and centre. Nice size apartment and bed very comfortable. Apartment has everything you need but washing machine tablets would have been nice and extra toiletries. Would recommend staying here.

The WiFi wasn’t great in the bedroom! There is no parking so you will have to walk but DONOT use the post code it takes you somewhere else I Google mapped city apartments Ruben’s court and found it straight away

Location was amazing 7 mins from the centre! The apartment was great and well stocked! Great for a couple of nights stay! Clean and tidy and comfy bed!

The apartment is very peaceful as it's located away from major roads. Equipment is excellent, particularly in the kitchen. The heating system is very comfortable. I particularly like the location, which is central but secluded. The communication I received was excellent.

The heating system was a little noisy at times and the hot water tank wasn't ideal with it needing time to heat inbetween uses. However this wasn't a big issue at all.

The apartment was very well situated off the back of a residential street, meaning it was very quiet. Its just behind Micklegate so still very central despite this. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book it again when next in York.

For some reason I just couldn't quite get comfy in the bedroom and didn't sleep particularly well. Same for my partner as well. In truth I think it may have been us not being able to find a balance between amount of covers used and not used. Either way it's my only real minor gripe, and again I wouldn't chalk it up to the apartment as much as I would myself.

The location was excellent. About a 10 minute walk (if not less) from the main areas of York. The apartment itself was clean and we'll kept. Nothing looked used old worn or ratty. The blankets in the living and on the bed were beyond comfortable! A bottle of champagne was there to greet us as well upon arrival which was much appreciated!

wi fi was a bit sketchy at times, but this is a minor quibble.

Having stayed there before, we knew what to expect. the hosts kindly upgraded us on the day. It's a great apartment, ideally suited to our needs. well equipped and clean.

Very comfortable, good space and well presented on arrival. Bottle of Fizz was a nice thought.. great shower! Also a short walk into town but nice and quiet as the flats are tucked away.
