For guests seeking a peaceful and private escape, it's a great fit, but we understand that proximity to town can be important too. I do appreciate your feedback regarding the location -we are in a more secluded area, 20 - 25 mins away from the usual hotel chains and tourist beaches many appreciate the peace and calm this gives. I'm so glad you liked our place - we are unique and its lovely when people 'get us'. I love our gardens and at 1200 sq ft our rooms do have the space! I do agree the road is an issue - we have done some work on it since your stay it is now drivable and we have asked the government to take a look (its not our road). Your booking for the Garden villa with sea views, is our lowest priced villa we have available, our Loft villa and waterfront villa have uninterrupted views as described. Our website has full room descriptions and picture gallery to help guests make a decision, all rooms have ocean views but in light of your comment I shall review this to ensure it is clearer. We really enjoyed you coming and do hope to see you and your wife again. Thanks again for the feedback

Hi Tabatha, Thank you for taking the time for a review, it really helps let our guests know what to expect and I'm so glad your enjoyed your stay with us. I will let the staff Know you enjoyed there service and gardens are a work of love for the team and myself, the owner. Our resort is right on the waters edge and the beach continues around the corner and can be accessed by walking through the water in front of the resort or using our private doorway to access the beach, the beach is secluded and usually empty during the week, but its a very quiet spot with safe swimming and snorkeling behind the reef. No beaches in Grenada are private, its a law of the land. Similar in most Caribbean islands. The road is under the control of the resident development and we are in discussions to have this fixed, it has gotten worse over the years and can be a little rough. It keeps our slice of paradise that little extra secret! We hope to have some improvements to report soon. Hope to see you again soon warmest regards, Andrea and the 473 Team

Hi Brandy, thank you for taking the time to send in a review for us. I built the resort to be in a Private secluded up market residential area and was lucky to find the only lot available for such development many years ago. We are secluded and are away from the hotel belt and those attractions, something we sell as a positive attribute, different and off the beaten track, but only 15 minutes away by car from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas of Grenada. The beach is secluded and very private , usual to be the only guests on the beach. Enjoy your summer and hope to see you visiting again. Warmest Regards Mark and the team at 473
