For our requirements there was nothing not to like.

A basic apartment (exactly as described) in a great location close to Prickly Bay. Friendly staff, good security and very clean. Effective air conditioning and use of washing facilities too.

The property was in a good location, there was always someone you contact. It was quiet, comfortable and spacious. There was security for the building 24hrs. That makes a lone traveller feel relaxed.

Bed was a little hard. Limited kitchen utensils and could have been a bit cleaner all round.

The guy that met us and welcomed us into the property was great. Very friendly. We could use the washer and dryer free for charge. 24 hour security on the gate.

It was not that close to the beach, but that didn't matter very much. However there's a river close by.

Staff was very helpful and plesant. There was bottled water in the refrigerator. We were even given a chocolate bar.

I struggle to find anything to complain about.

Just every aspect was easy and well taken care of. It might not be the Hilton but it exceeded our expectations. The large water cooler was a godsend. The gate watch keeps were the best. Thanks to Dwayne!

I stated my likes and dislikes. Mr. Ramesh was also helpful and I wish to thank him for the kind gesture of the chocolate. It was well received.

The service offered by Mr Bennett was exemplary. It was certainly more than I expected. Polite, well mannered, very willing and at times apologetic if he is unable to fulfill a request. An excellent employee. The other employees were also very friendly, however, I had more interaction with Mr Bennett. Really a great guy. The small bath soap was insufficient for three persons to shower minimum twice per day and when I requested another soap, none was available. I was disappointed.

The room is VERY VERY dated. Probably 1970’s. It does have tiles on floor which may have been updated 20 or so years ago. Bed is terrible, mattress saggs to the middle and makes for uncomfortable sleeping of 2 people. No blankets available, only two sheets on bed. I know, I could’ve asked. Although there is a switch in the bathroom to turn on the water heater, the shower was still only lukewarm, and no hot water in sink.

It was across from the boatyard where we worked on our boat. The room has a kitchen where we can actually cook food, this was important to us. Air conditioning works great.

Nothing to not like.

Great location as very near to SIMS, buses and some good restaurants.

The apartments are not new and are dated. The Cool Runnings apartments are an excellent value. If you are looking for luxury, then this place may not by ideal. If you are looking for clean, secure and great location on a budget, then Cool Runnings is more than perfect.

Security was present 24 hours. The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The AC did not work when I arrived, so security immediately moved me to another apartment. The apartment is located down the street from the college and many restaurants and bars.

Water shortage, 1 week of no water except a few lucky times, I know it was a general water crisis on Grenada, but CRA should have prepared better, and have informed better. A nice holiday turned into chaos for the last week, could have been considerably better. Also the wooden toilet seat was up for change a long time ago, was completely damaged so you got splinters from it.

Very attentive security guards, helpful property manager. They were truly kind. while snorkelling I accidentally stepped on a black see egg and it was soo painful. the security guards helps me put soft candle on it. on the first day the security guard patiently answered ALL my questions about best way to move around, access to nearby beaches etc. they helped me secure a taxi to the airport, property manager helped me with a plan B when my own taxi did not arrive to take me on a tour of the island.
