The apartment has everything a guest would want, including an amazing view of Batumi & the Black Sea. Creatively decorated, fully equipped, wifi worked perfectly, comfy bed, awesome shower and lovely balcony. Dishwasher, laundry, cooking facilities. Short walk to the beach and supermarket. Responsive host. Really appreciated the ride to the train station for an early morning journey.

It was a little tricky to locate as the building has multiple entrances. Entrance #2 at the back of the building is the one where you will meet the host’s lovely father (not much English but a very kind man).

Comfortable and renovated apartment with amenities like washing machine that was well appreciated. About 5-10 mins walk to the beach. Located in a residential building.

The building itself is a little old.

We stayed at Banana Apartments for two nights and had a lovely experience overall. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures – beautiful, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the sea. It had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. There’s even a departmental store and a fruit vendor conveniently located on the ground floor. Location-wise, it’s about 10–15 minutes by cab (during non-peak hours) from European Square and the Boulevard area, where you’ll find plenty of restaurants and cafes. The surroundings can feel a bit quiet and slightly eerie at night around the ground floor and hallways, but we felt safe throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Bejani, the father of the host, Irakli. While we didn’t get to meet Irakli in person, Bejani was an absolute gem. He welcomed us, showed us around the apartment, helped us find a parking spot on the first day, and even parked and retrieved our car for us on both Day 1 and Day 3. On our last day, when our car battery died and we were running short on time to catch our flight, it was Bejani’s kindness and efforts that saved the day. Despite the language barrier, his helpfulness and warmth made us feel truly cared for. Moments like these are what make travel experiences memorable. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay with genuine hospitality!

It was perfect view and perfect hospitality, İrakli is so welcomed all the questions, you can come and stay without any trouble. He also allowed us to stay while our flight is late at the night, thank you for everything.

Condition, facilities, view

Cute and cozy apartment (the monkeys are a nice touch). The view of the beach from the balcony is amazing. We booked last minute and it wasn’t an issue - the check in was straightforward and the host seemed like a kind & good natured man. He gave us a key for the ramp to enter the private parking area, but we didn’t use it as we found street parking near the building upon arrival.

Amazing views from the balcony, cozy studio with standing out design, spotlessly clean. We had everything we needed there (except maybe shampoo and shower gel). Very kind owner, free pick up and always on time. The sea is 5 min away.

There was a slight smell in the bathroom in the mornings.

I am very satisfied with my stay at Banana Apartments, host was quite helpful. sadly I could not contact him when I was on the way to the location, because he was out of mobile phone connection zone but as soon as he discovered that I could not contact him and I was worried he called me and made sure that everything was ok. When we got to the place he told us that his usual cleaning lady was on vacation and new one did not change bad sheets, but he came to us and changed everything himself so that did not cause us any problem. After our check out we even left our luggage in his car because our ride to Tbilisi was planned several hours after check-out so he helped us and made sure that our bags were safe.

View, cleanliness

The apartment itself is excellent. It has all you need for a comfortable. stay. Dishwasher, washing machine work perfectly. Everything is there for cooking. The bed was quite comfortable. The view to the sea is nice. No mosquito on such altitude. The host were quick to respond. They allowed us to check out later and were quite flexible with that. Really appreciated. A supermarket is just 5 min walking, couple of restaurants. The beach promenade is just 5-6 minutes walking. I’d like to point out that it is very-well designed and clean!

It is not really a huge drawback. I hope the host will perceive this comment right. Everything went well during my stay. Nothing bad happened. But the only minor thing I’d say is that maybe I personally would not recommend this place to a single female traveler , for instance, my sister, gf etc. this is an apartment on 22 floor of a huge building. If a single female traveler not used to that, it may feel a bit strange in the evening to walk alone or to take an elevator in such huge building.

The apartment is very clean and modern with a washing machine, dish washer and a nice kitchen. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was super clean. The view is really good at Batumi boulevard.

The building itself isn’t the nicest looking and check out time is a bit early at 10:00 am however they let us stay for extra hour

Big Flower pot on the balcony made it difficult to dry clothes and sit there on the chairs at the same time. Left very little space

Very nice apartment close to the sea and center of Batumi. Check-In and Out worked extremely well and they adapt to the guests needs. I asked to check out a bit later which was no problem. Overall communication works very well. The apartment is very well equipped and has a nice design as well. I would definitely book again.

The apartment was perfectly equipped with everything you could need as well as plenty of handy storage space. The interior design was also beautiful. The location was a short walk from the beach boulevard and cafes. Irakli was an excellent host who was incredibly kind when we had to (unexpectedly and unfortunately) leave early.

Everything was awesome and I wish we could stay a bit longer. Host was very nice, friendly and he waited for us while we were a bit late for the meeting. I hope it will be available on our next trip to Batumi!

It was a great experience, especially because they took me from the airport, since I had a really late flight. Even though the driver didn't spoke any English (only Russian and Georgian), he got on the phone with the owner (probably) and we settled everything down. The view is spectacular, especially for a sunset! Don't even search too much out there when it comes to the view, as I did, this is the one. The laundry machine was doing a great job and the apartment had everything(!) that a solo traveler would need.

The elevators in the building are a little off, but this isn't something that the owners of the apartment are responsible for. Also, the light in front of the entrance door of my apartment was broken, so it was a little bit tricky to lock and unlock the door in the total dark at night, but this is manageable. ;)
