nice view, good quality, very taste breakfast

The location is about 5-10 min ride to Batumi. A good and clean beach is nearby. The room was clean, with good air-conditioning.

There was bad WiFi sometimes

We’re really glad we chose to stay here and not in central Batumi. We highly recommend this part of the city — it's peaceful, surrounded by nature, and the sea is just across the road. Meanwhile, the city center is currently full of construction, traffic, and crowds. Here, everything was calm and relaxing. The location is great — close to the train station and the botanical garden. The beach nearby was quiet, with very few people. The water and the shore were clean — a big contrast to the busy and noisy beaches in central Batumi. There was a convenient shared kitchen on our floor, where we cooked and had dinner on the terrace. Тhere was a coffee pot and coffee available in the kitchen. Other guests were on the same floor, but it never felt crowded. The host and her family were incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist. Cleaning was done daily on our floor, and

Minor issues: during our stay, the washing machine on our floor wasn’t working, but we were able to use the one downstairs, and it was soon fixed. At one point the toilet wouldn’t flush, but it turned out the lid just needed to be adjusted — a quick fix.

Beautiful room, super nice view, shared balcony, shared kitchen, space for our bicycles, - great!

The view was stunning, and the sea was just 5 minutes' walk. The beach is empty and clean, yet to reach it you must cross the road and the railroad so be careful! The room was spacious with a comfortable king-size bed. The hosts are amiable and eager to help. The location is wonderful for one who wants to take a break from the city.

It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest supermarket, plus there is no delivery service. Yet the taxi services work great, therefore it wasn't an issue for me.

All thing was excellent as expected, sea view was great there is a kitchen washing machine.

Good access to beach. You can go by swimwear. Nice view Owner and its family is very helpful. Garden and common areas are spacious and you have washing machine access.

The area seems to often occur black out. You should be prepared for battery charged, and local sum card. Black out during day time happened a few times but recovered half- 1 hour.

Great value for money, friendly host, parking available and a short walk to the sea.

Wonderful place, very responsive owners. They helped and advised us in everything. We are planning to come again.

Liked everything

The room and the bathroom were clean and Cosy. Definitely one of the most clean accommodations I've had so far in Georgia.

The air conditioning was smelling very bad as if they haven't done any maintenance in ages. Sadly I couldn't use it because of the smell.

The location is great. Quiet. It's easy to get to the city center with a YANDEX taxi. Very close to the botanical garden. A few hundred meters from the beach.

The quilt may need to be replaced with a new one

This place was exactly what I needed after getting the overnight train from Vanadzor to Batumi. I didn't know Georgia at all, although have been in Armenia for six months. This place is in a great location, a few minutes walk to the bus stop into town and beyond, and also to the beach. The best thing was the view especially at sunset from the balcony. Everything was clean, the family who own the place are very friendly and respectful, and the kitchen facilities were perfect. I will be back!
