Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

AustraliaAbsolutely nothing.
I had such a lovely stay here and only wish it was longer. The hosts were really welcoming, the property spotlessly clean and comfortable, the breakfast was seriously the best I’ve had in Georgia, and the location was an easy stroll to town. The hosts love of their property and having guests really shon through. There is a beautiful garden and interesting paraphernalia around the property too.

United StatesThe bathrooms are a little cramped, but this is not that unusual in Georgia.
Absolutely gorgeous guesthouse in the heart of Zugdidi, on a quiet side street. Lots of charm and antique fixtures in the rooms; enormous and very tasty breakfast. The hosts are incredible.

United StatesLack of shower curtain in the bathroom. I really don't like to take showers when water splatters everywhere in the bathroom. Bed mattress was hard and creaked with every turn. My back was a bit stiff and sore after sleeping on a hard mattress.
The house is centrally located within walking distance of both bus and train stations (google maps provide accurate directions). The outside of the house is meticulously maintained by the owners (a couple) with lovely garden and lots of flowers around. This is probably one of the most beautiful properties in the area. The owner is a wonderful woman who speaks good English and will be helpful in any way she can (they called a pottery manufacturer that I wanted to visited; kindly offered her tickets to cultural event at Zugdidi palace; called a marshrutka to inquire about a van leaving for Mestia the next day). You feel during your stay that you are part of their family. Breakfast is fantastic with so many choices that it's impossible to finish everything what's served even if you try a little bit a variety. It's one of the best breakfasts I had during my travels around Georgia. My room was clean and had all necessary toiletries, even a tooth paste.

This guesthouse is conveniently located, and extremely comfortable and clean. It is maintained to an extremely high standard and is blessed with a lovely, shady garden. The rooms are characterful and the guesthouse in general is full of interesting and historical objects. Breakfast was delicious, and our hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful - I only wish we'd had longer to get to know them.

United KingdomI had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend Casa de Khasia! I was a female travelling alone and the accommodation felt really safe. It was an easy and quick walk to the centre of town (5/10 minutes), and not far from the train station either (25 minutes). Clean, comfortable and an amazing breakfast, I'll be back for sure! Thank you!

Another wonderful experience in Georgia. It's like a hotel for the price of a better hostel. The host is very friendly and eager to help. In Zugdidi the folk house is a must see for tourists. The host helped me with the reservation. She also allowed me to wait there for my train after the checkout and even brought me some food. Very hospitable, I will definitely come back here.

Very nice house. It looks nicer than on the main photograph shown on Booking.com. Very nice rooms with balcony, common area and breakfast area. Extremely nicely decorated with much taste. Breakfast looked artistic and tasted deliciously. We had nice conversations with other guests. Extremely nice host; very helpful with ideas on what to do and where to go. 10 minutes walk to town. We enjoyed the city a lot.

The room was very cosy and especially the bed was really comfortable. They have also a beautiful garden. All the decorations in the apartment were just nice and made us feel like at home. My stay at Casa de Khasia was truly exceptional. I fell in love with both the place and the wonderful hosts, Mrs. Rusiko and Mr. Gia, who made me fall in love with Zugdidi and Georgia. The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, the yard was beautifully lush, and the food... absolutely unforgettable. I can't wait to return and spend all my holidays there with these amazing hosts at this incredible place. I highly recommend staying here—it's an experience that will leave a lasting, positive memory.
