It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool is in a perfect size and condition, they have everything you need, including a washing machine, a fireplace, a trampoline for the kids, a hammock, outdoor tables, a decent kitchen and air conditioning. Most of all what made our experience, exceptional was the owner and his son Lavani and Lazar, they treated us like we were their family guests, offered to help, showed us beautiful places, drove us to a specific waterfall, arranged horseback riding trip, and always had a smiling face and a patient approach. We spent four nights here and I think we will never forget it.

Everything is fantastic. The owner is very friendly and supportive. The view, the house, the atmosphere. We enjoyed every moment during the stay. You can find all your needs at the house; just bring your food with you. Also all BBQ tools are available, just bring coal. 2 halal restaurants are there (15 minutes driving to borjomi city) If you need natural honey with reasonable price, you can buy from the owner.

Lovely cottage in the mountains. Cosy. Spotlessly clean, with all the necessary amenities-enough of linen, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. The heating was excellent. The host is a wonderful man. Levani was very responsive and always ready to help. We enjoyed chatting to him over the bonfire. Would highly recommend this property for its peaceful location and well-appointed cottages.

It is one of the cosiest stay we ever had in Georgia.. Well maintained property.. The owner is very helpful and joyful person.. we visited in December and it was surrounded by snow and it looks very beautiful with the perfect lights around it..Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will surely visit this place ! We had a wonderful stay at the eco house. The host was very friendly and helped us settle in, recommending both nearby restaurants and those a short drive away. There's a lovely outdoor area for sitting and having a bonfire, which the host kindly assisted us in lighting. The host is very trustworthy. After checking out, we realized we had forgotten some items in the room. The host promptly called us, and when we returned, everything was still there.

The most spectacular place we've been to in Georgia. The view is amazing, and the surrounding are peaceful and quiet. The cabins are well equipped and cousy. The swimming pool is clean and the water are with perfect temperature. It was lovely to stay at the pool with the surrounding green hills. We wish we could have stayed longer. The host is simply a perfect one. He is going out of his way to make you feel comfortable and make sure you are not missing anything. His recommendations about restaurants, places to see where perfect and having all the attractions booked with his helped saved us a lot of time and money. The perfect host !

It would have been a tiny bit more helpful to have night stands by the bed to plug phones. There was some minor odor in the houses, not sure if it was mold or some bug spray. Maybe more hand soap in the restrooms would also be helpful instead of the small hotel size soap bars.

Wonderful host who is there for you and is on top of things managing the property at the highest standards. The rooms were put together and organized very well. We definitely felt safe and comfortable. Levani showed us where the local closest market is and gave us some amazing tours of the area which are simply mind-blowing!!

Mr. Levan was a wonderful host. We ran out of groceries at 11.00 in the night and he personally took us to the supermarket to get things. I will visit once more during the winter.
