smoking area was directly under our balcony and we are non smokers so the smells were very disturbing

Excellent value for money, our room was very small but we had a balcony with the lovely view. There is no daily room service which cough us by surprise but again- considering the price- it was well worth it! Bed was soooo comfortable

Everything was perfect!

Absolutely great stay in Kazbegi! Anastasia, the host, is very friendly and helpful in arranging activities at competitive costs and providing necessary information. The guesthouse is perfectly clean and rooms are stylish. It is located a few minutes walk from the center, offering gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. Everything was comfortable and our expectations were well exceeded! I highly recommend choosing the GRAF!

It is a well renovated old oude with a beautiful interior. Because of that the walls are thin.

Very old house that has been renovated extremely well. Huge room and bathroom, best bed do far in Georgia. Lovely and very helpful staff, amazing view of the mountains, lush garden with panoramic Mountain View front and back. Free coffee and tea all day! Just perfect.

Me and my wife We had the best stay at Graf hotel and the owner Ms. Anastasia exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived she welcomed us and the room was ready and decorated nicely , she even put a champagne bottle for us we really appreciated the gesture it was our honeymoon and she made our stay special and made us feel important, she had a lot of suggestions for us Every day she will ask us where we are going and she will give suggestions if it's your first time in kazbegi It is really the best hotel to stay in kazbegi We will be coming back there for sure.

We like the bed, the room and the breakfast. Every thing is perfect. The internet is fast and the shower is comfortable. The room is very quite at night. We got the beautiful mountain biew. Anastasia and her colleagues are so friendly. We enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend people to stay at Graf.

The location- quiet, cosy, beautiful decoration. Large rooms with great views from the windows. They are responsive and helpful for every need I had as a traveler. Lovely small garden that you can sit , drink tea and have a breath of mountain air. Value for money. Anastasia from reception is kind, sweet and generous.

Since most places in Stepantsminda don't open early for breakfast, it would be nice if it offered an early (8am or before) breakfast option. This would be a welcome addition to hikers and other early starters.

Peaceful, Clean, and Exceptionally Welcoming I originally booked just one night at GRAF Hotel, but when my plans changed, I couldn’t think of a better place to stay longer and I’m glad I did. I ended up spending three nights here and it was exactly what I needed. The hotel is well maintained, very clean, and feels new. It’s cozy and quiet, which was perfect for resting, especially as I wasn’t feeling well for part of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. They made late check-in easy, gave me amazing restaurant recommendations, and pointed out laundry service and their lovely café area. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the center, but far enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I visit Kazbegi, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

It was all great. I had to move once because my room was taken but that was because I extended. Not their default. I didn't love the room I was in once I had extended and they moved me to another room. Everything was easy going. You guys are the best. If I ever have te chance to come back it will be to here!

It was cozy. Close to town. The staff were superb. I ended up extending 5 nights. They arranged a taxi when needed and even canceled it no problem after my mind changed. They let me use the fridge to store provisions for the next hike. The rooms are cozy with warm showers.
