Co fusion because I had accidentally booked twice.i knew, the hotel knew, but Booking,com.procedures were. Confusing and inflexible and it was not pssie to make an adjustment.good location

From the moment I arrived, Zaza was super welcoming and kind, which instantly made me feel at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was spotless, clean, and tidy, and the location is just great, very close to the stunning Bagrati Cathedral. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The location was great. You can see the Bagreti Cathredal from your room. The locality was peaceful and scenic. They had a cozy open common area from where you could see the city. The breakfast was great with limited options but homely vibe. The staff was super polite and very helpful

Great service, great location, great hotel ♥️

Bed were too soft and the upper layer was not breathable (was kind of plastic) so the blanket was sliding away and we slept on the plastic or had to remake the bed. I would suggest to turn the upper layer upside down and keep the breathable side up!

The staff was very friendly, and Zaza helped us with everything. The breakfast selection isn't very large, but everything is high quality and delicious. The room is fine, with everything you could possibly need. The refrigerator is very useful in the hot summer weather 😊

If you are not traveling by car, be prepared to climb a hill to reach the hotel. When it rains, the stone pavement becomes slippery. However, Bolt taxis will take you here very cheaply, costing 3-5 lari from the city and 25 lari from the airport. The cleanliness of the bathroom is not objectionable, but unfortunately there is a very strong sewer smell.

I had a nice stay at Hotel Green Town. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which made it easy to rest. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby.
