The beds were not the best, a little uncomfortable.

The family we stayed with are lovely and made us very welcome. Breakfast was exceptional, a massive spread of homemade food, which was delicious. The location is great, once we found how to drive there. Very convenient for restaurants, rafting and walking in the national park.

Very nice guesthouse. Clean. All basic facilities present. Hosts are very nice people. They explained to me how to get to certain tourist attractions from the guesthouse which weren’t very far. Overall really nice stay. Recommended👍🏼

The location is very close to the center of Borjomi and it's an easy walk from many attractions. The owners are very hospitable. Although we arrived much earlier that the time communicated to them, the room was ready and we were given the key immediately. The room was clean and the wifi very reliable. I totally recommend the place.

The grandchild is cute but shouts a lot. There was construction noise right outside my window, hopefully a short term thing.

It's a nice room in a house shared with a friendly family. I arrived in a bad mood because of unpleasant interactions at the bus station (not the fault of the guesthouse, of course), but they did their best to be cheerful and welcoming.

For the month of July it can get a little hot. They gave us a table fan too but unfortunately it wasn't working. Otherwise everything was great!

The owner's family is very sweet and kind. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathrooms were also clean. There is a well equipped kitchen that you can use to cook your food. The location is 10 mins away from the city centre. We were also able to wait till the time of our train at the property after check out time also. There is a nice dog there.

The dog sometimes was tempted by neighbour dogs to bark.

A quiet house with a wonderful veranda and good wifi was what I needed for work. And using the kitchen and its big fridge and the washing machine was a bonus.

It was very cold in the room (+9 at night). But since we went to bed very late, we didn't ask the owner for a heater, maybe there was one. The toilet is not in the room, you need to go out along the corridor, but the toilet and shower are individual for your room.

Great location and really friendly owners! After camping and hiking for a couple days it was really helpful to be able to do our laundry and hang our tent out to dry. The bedroom was really comfy and the owner and his family were so friendly and welcoming to us!

Beso and his family is a great host! Especially their dog, but don’t get him too excited. We were looking to take a taxi to a secret sulphur spring about an hour out of town. When we discussed it with Beso, he offered to take us for half the price of Bolt. And he joined us at the spring! The only thing was that the shower did not warm up enough at night

The host was very nice and helpful, the guesthouse is in a perfect location, the room is nice and warm, there is also a kitchen where we could cook. The hosting family also offered us some delicious baked potatoes and quince juice. The only reason we gave 8 not 10 is that the bathroom was very cold and we couldn't seem to get hot water in the shower, but if you're going in warmer months this shouldn't be an issue!
