- No lift, we brought huge luggage so its a bit of a struggle to bring it to our room but its only 2nd floor so it wasnt bad. - No bell, when we try to check in there was no one at the reception and no contact/notes. No reponse via booking chat or whatsapp. We were waiting for about 10-15 minutes. - Cash only. We choose pay at property understands that they will take card but no.

The host lady is super nice and the room is clean. The place is cozy, feel like you are visiting your grandma. We went down late for breakfast and got a little stare but the host lady still took great care of us. Love her!

Mestia is wonderful place and this hotel is ideal for your stay. Owner lady speaks perfect english - she is an english teacher. Breakfast was great (I recommend you to try local honey and jam). You will be very happy with the stay if you choose this hotel. There was also free parking around the hotel, if you came by car.

The Wi-Fi is very unreliable but that’s because you are in the mountains and not much to do with the hotel itself. You will find the same experience anywhere else.

It is a very nice and comfortable hotel. It is situated in the center of Mestia so everything is nearby. Breakfasts are really good. Really nice staff members.

Perfectly located in the centre of the village. Rooms with mountain view provide perfect overlook to Zuruldi mountain with zip line. The rooms are super warm, especially bathrooms. And the breakfast is a piece of art <3

Hotel Elite House is located in central Mestia within easy walking distance to all of the town's restaurants and sights. The Mestia ski lift is about a kilometer away. The rooms are clean and comfortable and some have gorgeous mountain views. The hotel has off-street parking, decent WiFi and a good breakfast. I enjoyed my stay at Elite House and would return.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, we messaged them in advance that my partner is vegan and they took that into great notice! Their breakfast is absolutely fantastic and we loved to start our day with tastiest pancakes and oatmeal porridge. The property is very clean, the beds are comfortable and the hotel is just short walk away from shops and restaurants. Surrounding area is very peaceful and we got a great rest here every night :) The rood terrace is lovely place to enjoy the surrounding views and drink homemade wine

The owner was super nice, the place is really comfortable and clean. I stayed during the end of September and there was heating in the room, which made it very comfortable and cozy. I asked the owners to help me to transport my small suitcase to Ushguli, because I was walking Mestia to Ushguli trek, and they sent my suitcase to Ushguli without any charges with their relatives who were driving there on that day. I was really impressed with the level of hospitality! I had breakfast there, the food was outstanding, great variety and quantity, everything was delicious and freshly made! The hotel has a small garden with benches and a table, and it is really close to the restaurants. I had a really good night sleep, it was very quite. The view from the window was amazing! I for sure recommend everyone to stay in this lovely hotel.
