Location is a little remote to get to old town and nothing much in the surrounding. As we were there for our own things and not to tour Tbilisi, it was alright for us. Price is a little high.

Breakfast was included and has a wide spread. Room is spacious. Swimming pool was big but unfortunately in the next building. Cleaniness can be improved

The rooms separators was not that noise cancellation friendly. So our neighbors chatting was not enabling us to sleep early.

Staff welcoming and friendly, breakfast is great, and sports facilities are big and well maintained. The sport facilities is not in the same building, but that’s completely fine you need to walk for 2-3 minutes to be there.

The furniture is old and the linen was smelly everytime. The hallways and rooms also smelled bad. The mattress was uncomfortable and caused backpain every morning.

Room and toilet was big. The view was very good and the ease of parking. The bath tub with a view outside was amazing. There is carrefour just 2mins drive away that is useful. Room service was good.

The room was okay but could have been cleaner—it wasn’t sparkling and felt like it needed a more thorough cleaning. Breakfast was disappointing; the options were limited and not very fresh.

The bathrooms didn't have hot water. The cold air was coming in from the window and the AC wasn't working. The hotel is really far from the city center and anything fun to do. There are no restaurants or cafes nearby and you need a car to get to the city, which is like a half hour away.

The hotel is clean and big, and they take care of all the little things. The breakfast was good. They have a big pool and a place to get massages and relax. You can park your car there for free.

We had to change rooms between nights, because the room we got first was very noisy (there were some streetracers on the avenue facing the hotel, and some dogs constantly barking). My wife has a fragile sleep, so she couldn't rest well. The room we got after the conversation with reception staff didn't have any of these issues though, very quiet. Also, the hotel is quite far from city center and most known locations, this might be a drawback for some (though the hotel provides free bus transfer to and from city center in the morning\evening).

Super professional and understanding staff, rooms are huge, bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, all good. We ordered the wedding package and the cake was super tasty. We skipped breakfast because it ends up quite early (at 10:30) and we wanted to sleep a little more so can't say anything about it.

The staff is very courteous and handled any issue promptly. If anything isn't handled properly then they will make it up to you if needed. Very specious room and comfortable bed. Location is right outside the city like 20 min drive from center Tbilisi, and very close to the holy Trinity Church. Breakfast is good with plenty of options.

The rooms could have been cleaner. When we arrived, there was a layer of dust on all the tables, and shampoo containers had not been refilled. The lighting was also very dim in the bathroom. We had previously stayed at the hotel years ago, and it used to be very well-maintained when it was new.

The location was great, away from the noise of the city and yet close enough to reach within 12 minutes. The staff were very helpful, especially the reception and restaurant staff. The rooms are nice and large and there are great places to walk nearby. The pool is large and amazing; you can easily relax for hours in the recreation center. The food served in all three restaurants (including the bar) was delicious! Every day, we couldn't decide which one we wanted to revisit. The lobby is beautiful.

Staff - not polite, not smiling, does not greet the guests upon arrival. Leaking shower and water that gets on the floor of the bathroom when taking a shower. Empty minibar.

Pool was nice but there should be bridge connected to the hotel or transfer. It’s very difficult to walk in rain after spa. Reception was not helpful at all, cold and rude.

Hotel is well designed, far from city but if u like to relax with beautiful view go for it. It’s Muslim friendly. I would like to mention Barista Mariam, she was extremely sweet and friendly. Overall FB stuff and housekeeping was very nice 👍

The so-called restaurant they have under second floor, My Wife me and my six month old son we decided we were gonna go eat there only when we showed up they wouldn’t service. The staff stood there and looked at us instead of seating at a table and since there’s no other food places there, close by we had to order something off of Glo.

Checking in and out is easy. The hotel rooms were nice head bathtub. Nice soft bed television had a few amenities with it.

Concierge service wasn't available when i arrived at 22h00, strange! Electricity plugs were not working, though i asked to send the electrician to fix it, but never been fixed.

The view to the lake was amazing. Spacious, tidy and cosy cleanroom. Breakfast was satisfying different types of tastes, as a coffee lover, i like the espresso they served. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is far from city hustle, i like the tranquility the hotel provides.

The Air-condition was not working. For two days, I kept asking to fix it, but the management said its not Summer season and you can open the windows. The Hotel can work on the TV channels and to include mirror and streaming options.

The room arrangement and bed are very good. The swimming pool is good, but do not go in the afternoon because there are swimming classes and you cant swim with your kids. The breakfast was really good with multiple options which satisfy all tastes. Infront of the Hotel there is a wonderful park, very quiet and peaceful and really good for meditation, but watch out when you cross the street.
