Really nice studios in the center of Batumi, even with a new washing machine and a possibility to dry the clothes on the balcony. Staff is also very nice and helpful and even stayed longer as my arrival transfer was delayed. Liked the option of having a private room and still socialising in the common area

En suite shower room needs some work - shower stall needs a deep cleaning maybe replacement shower fittings and constant dripping into the toilet cistern. Rest of the room was excellent.

Excellent location in the centre close to Piazza Square, banks, supermarkets and good places for food and drink. Very helpful staff at check in. Stayed in a private en suite room with balcony and so didn't use hostel facilities. Good, well appointed and quiet room.

Excellent location, very clean, with a comfortable and private room and a lovely balcony view. The service was outstanding: not only friendly, but attentive to details—for example, they left laundry detergent and fabric softener on the washing machine and even offered slippers. Although we booked the private suite, they allowed us to continue using the hostel’s facilities after check-out, such as taking a shower after the beach. We had a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again :)

Only 2 toilets for the whole hostel.

Nice hostel centrally located. The rooms are nice and you have your own little cubicle, with power plug and light. For more privacy you have a curtain. Entry to the hostel with keypad. There is a locker for every bed. The price for a bed is very good for this location.

The street traffic makes it noisy during the day but it’s very quiet at night.

Centrally located within easy walking distance of restaurants and the beach. Clean and comfortable with good facilities. Staff were brilliant: friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Great chilling out area.

I don't know what else you should expect from hostel at this price range. Water pressure in the restroom was a bit weak but I guess it's municipality problem.

Totally worth it's price. Everything is well organized including cleaning, silent doors, locker rooms, amazing kitchen, common space for work, chilly balcony with nice view on quiet street. Location is perfect, the area is more calm and prestigious rather than the eastern part of historical center. Cheap grocery shop in the same building downstairs. Friendly staff. Capsule system insures your privacy in comparison with regular dormitory. Lots of other tiny details that made me understand that owners really thought how to make your stay as pleasant as possible (charges, temperature indicator in the bedroom, automatic air purifier in the bedroom, soap and other basic necessities for bathroom). I'm sure I'll choose this one next time in Batumi if I come alone.

The sheets, especially the pillow one, are not clean (yellow, not white as it should be), with stains. Also, the toilets are small and insufficient for many people.

Karvi Hostel felt like home from the start. It’s clean and cozy, with super comfy beds and a big kitchen that has everything you could need. I loved having the balcony to smoke on—it was a nice little spot to hang out. The vibe is chill and welcoming, and it’s in such a convenient location. Shops, restaurants, and bus or train stations are all close by, which made getting around really easy. They even have a traveler map with all the must-see spots and useful directions. It’s warm everywhere in the hostel, and that cozy atmosphere made my stay so comfortable. It’s the perfect place to relax, meet nice people, and feel right at home.

Karvi hostel was lively. Everyone loved the cat, Karvi as she took the name from the hostel. There is a history behind her presence there. Friendly People and I loved interacting with all folks. There is a small bar outside. Dian was the most fun-loving and friendly volunteer I met in this hostel.
