The room was very large, as was the terrace, with amazing views in all directions. Nino was a wonderful host and her breakfasts were amazing.

The view from the terrace on the second floor of this accommodation is superb from Tsminda Simeba Church and Kazbegi Mountain. (It has the same view from the terrace of Rooms Hotel, which has the best views from Kazbegi.) And they prepare a lot of breakfast at the desired time and bring it to the room. All the staff are nice, too.

Excellent place! Cozy and spacious attic with its own terrace, has everything you need, fresh linen, heater, blankets, kettle, tea and coffee right in the room. Amazing views, delicious breakfast, friendly hosts. We even regretted that we stayed only one night, but next time we will definitely stay here again!

Shower could have been hotter, it was also a bit leaky. Plus the bath area could have had some separation so the floor didn't get wet. But this is only if we're being nit picky. We loved this place!

Had a short one night stay here and it was delightful! Nino is very friendly and warm. The room was absolutely lovely- toasty warm against the Stepantsminda chill, HUGE with 4 beds and a separate seating area plus a gorgeous balcony. And the most amazing views of Gergeti Trinity Church! Breakfast was also good and tasty. Location is great- walking distance to the town centre. This was amazing value for money and a fabulous stay!

I only bumped my head once in the bathroom, but care is required if you are tall

Everything about our spacious room was wonderful. The decor is quirky, the beds are comfy, the hosts are friendly and helpful. We were kept warm and cosy in the early spring chill. A home cooked breakfast was a great way to begin the day. Plus a big deck has views to Mt Kazbeg and the Gergeti Trinity Church across the valley.

I want to thank Nino for the warmth and guesthouse we were accepted in their House! Wonderful accommodation with comfortable bed - like in the best hotels. in housing very many interesting details, veranda worthy of special attention - amazing! if you found these apartments - you can finish the search, it's the best option to stop with children!

The location, the spacious clean 4 beds room for one person, huge deck with the amazing view, home cooked big breakfast & most of all I was treated by the host as a family member with love! If it's mathematically possible I would rate it 100/10! You would be so lucky to stay at Nesst!

Amazing place. Nice terrace with perfect view on Gergeti Church. Spacious, well-done room, with good beds. And the breakfast!!! Amazing. (Watch your head in the bathroom. I managed to bump into the roof beam really hard at night.)

Beatiful location and property. I'm a solo traveller but got such a massive room I couldn't have ever imagined. This is the best stay in my entire Georgia trip. The host is extremely kind and helpful. I'm definitely going to visit again.

The property is very well located (10 min walk from center of Stepantsminda) and has an amazing view of Gergeti Church and Mount Kazbegi. The room was bigger than we expected, clean and organized. Nino is an amazing host. Seriously, I dont think there is anything better in Kazbegi at this price. She made us feel so welcome, gave us the directions we needed and made us an amazing breakfast. 10/10
