Reception staff were helpful. Pool is great. Excellent buffet breakfast with wide choice. Location was perfect for an evening event at Gardenia Shevardnadze. Convenient for bus routes.

Everything went super nice! Staff is very friendly and helpful, room is very comfortable, lux, and you enjoy being there. Breakfast is relatively small (because the hotel itself is very small as well as the number of residents), but at the same time very tasty and satisfying. I liked that it's allowed to stay at hotel restaurant/dining room with your own food at the evenings, and you could use the hotel's dishes that time as well. I want to note especially two receptionists, Helen and Giorgi, with whom I've interacted the most. The're both very friendly and easy-going

I had a truly exceptional experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is varied, delicious, and caters to all tastes. A special thanks goes to the two wonderful ladies at the reception. They were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful—among the best hotel staff I’ve ever encountered during my visits to Georgia. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose it again on my next visit.

It’s a little bit tricky to find where the hotel is located. We had rooms on the first floor (near reception) and it’s a little noisy out there.

This is a relatively small but nice hotel with pleasant rooms and helpful staff. Facilities are also good: the pool is small but clean and warm, rooms are fresh and well maintained, breakfast is ok, housekeeping is good, the parking is free and has enough space.

Quiet hotel, no noise as it is located at the end of a small dead end lane. Very helpful staff, nice breakfast and clean and warm swimming pool. Jacuzzi is a bit of an extra charge but totally worth it. The hotel is clean and new. Overall good value for money.

Location. Except for the shops and some restaurants there is nothing nearby. The view, from the room or from the top floor. Rooms have no isolation. Our room was next to reception and stairs to upper floors, so we could hear everything (people walking by with kids, phone ringing at the reception, people speaking at the reception) at any given time.

The room was spacious. Everyday cleaning (it could be also cleaned behind the couch). Guy at the reception was very kind and helpful. Pool.

To be honest, the location was not the best, however the hospitality and the rooms were great so when inside I did forget about that.

The hospitality was amazing, I could not sleep due the timezone difference and I needed to plan the rest of my holiday, the ladies from the reception helped me out massively and did plan for me a three week trip going through Georgia.

The hotel is located far from the city center. For daily travel, this isn't a big problem as it costs around 10 to 20 lari to reach any place in the city. However, some basic needs like money exchange and SIM card shops are not within walking distance. I highly recommend taking a walk using Google Maps (street view) prior to booking, in the neighborhood to avoid any surprises regarding the location.

The hotel is very special and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and helpful. The cleanliness level is beyond any expectations. The rooms are large and comfortable. We were a family of four, and there was more than enough space for all of us. The pool is heated and very clean. Breakfast is perfect.
