You really feel the love this family have for each other, their country and their guests. I can wholeheartedly recommend this guesthouse for anyone who is looking for a true Georgian experience. I have stayed in many hostels and guesthouses before and this is by far the most friendly and welcoming place I have every stayed. As soon as I arrived, Nato, Keto and Qeto greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel so welcome and at-home. Every evening, they shared their homemade wine and food with us: they were always entertaining us and making us laugh! They arranged a wine tour with other hostel guests with Nato's husband as our tour guide... he was so funny - we were in stitches of laughter the whole time and he looked after us with extra wine and bread! I have never experienced such generosity and hospitality in a Guesthouse before. Nato is such a warm and caring woman - she is always making sure everyone is okay and happy. Even when additional travellers arrived and there were no free rooms, she went to the trouble of finding them somewhere close by to stay and always invited them the join the family for food and wine. She will really go the extra mile to help with any problems or onward travel etc. I am so sad that I have left and I will miss you all so much but I hope to see you all soon! Thank you for making my 3 days in Sighnaghi so special x

The family running the place was so kind and helpful. They organized us a fantastic wine tour on one day's notice and overall the atmosphere at the place was very warm and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent and the common areas cozy. Thank you for making our stay in Sighnaghi so memorable <3

There was nothing wrong with the family room we stayed in, but it might be useful information that the fifth bed is a small sofa bed. The walls are quite thin, so if you're a light sleeper ear plugs might be good to have :)

The family is super sweet and nice. Very attentive and helpful. They always give their homemade wine to the guests to share. What a wonderful time:) Their daughters Keto and Gato are also very sweet, fun and kind, always full of energy:)

I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews for my bookings, but it would be a shame to not give this place a 10/10. The location is superb and scenery is beautiful. The tours that the host offers is 100% worth it. The other travelers and I went to see the ancient David Gajveri-monastery complex close to the border of Azerbidžan. On the way there we visited some other less-touristy historic locations. More than that, I learned about the Georgian hospitality. The host family is simply awesome. Can't wait to visit this place again sometime in the future. Thank you for everything. (And for the wine 😂)

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and they offered wine and homemade snacks, making it easy for travelers to meet and socialize. The daughters are cheerful and positive, which encourages people to be more social. It was great.

During our stay, we unfortunately encountered bed bugs. One of my friends was bitten around 30 times, while I was not bitten because I used a travel sheet. Staff initially suggested that we might have brought them from Sheki, even though we had stayed there for 6 nights without issues. Later they said, "There was no problem for 20 years, it didn't come from this room, other travelers brought it, maybe you, who knows." This felt a bit dismissive, and there was no apology. They kindly waived the room charge for us due to the bed bug issue. Using a travel sheet is recommended to help prevent bites.

Got to the guest house after a long journey and was immediately told in an abrupt manner that we didn’t have a room. We had made the booking days in advance and had no communication from them since to indicate so. There were several other guests there also being moved to other guesthouses. The guesthouse we were taken to was fine, inferior with no air con or balcony as we had booked for Nato and Lado. We paid a lower price for this one. But overall we were very disappointed with Nato and Lado given the great reviews it had, we were looking forward to relaxing in air con or on the balcony and this was not possible due to… poor organisation? Mismanagement? Some vague talk of Booking.com not working nationwide in Georgia but this blatantly wasn’t true. Whole interaction with the guesthouse left a bitter taste.

Such a lovely family!! You just have to stay in their place if you're staying in Signhgi. They are really friendly people and they make all their guests to feel very free and comfortable, in the night we sat there- all the guests on wine and snacks it was amazing

The host gave us free wine tasting in the evening, they were the most welcoming person ive ever seen. The hostel is hosted by a warm family, every family member welcomes you with open arms.

The owners were fantastic. All the family were, so hospitable, amazingly friendly, bubbly, ....really, a wonderful energy family. Great at what they do. I wish them all well, and hopefully our paths cross again.

Staying at NATO & LADO Guest House in Sighnaghi was truly one of the highlights of my trip to Khaeti. From the very first moment, Nato and her family welcomed me with genuine warmth and kindness. They are incredibly friendly, always smiling, and constantly went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. What makes this guest house so special is the unique atmosphere of community. The common areas are inviting and comfortable, creating the perfect space to relax, talk, and meet people from all around the world. The location is excellent—close to the historic center, with beautiful views of the town and the surrounding mountains. The rooms are spotless and cozy, offering both comfort and privacy. But above all, it’s the authentic Georgian hospitality that makes this place unforgettable!. Nato and her family truly make you feel at home. It doesn’t feel like just accommodation—it feels like joining a family and becoming part of the local community. Without a doubt, I would recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Georgia. A solid 10/10—and I will definitely return!

The only complaint that I have is to myself for staying only one night in Sighnaghi. ))))

Most amazing family! So lovely, warm people!

Nato and her daughter were super attentive to every detail, even helping us with figuring taxis one evening and with the mashrutka back to Tbilisi in the morning. The room was comfy and clean and the apartment has a great view and ideal location. Of course all at a very reasonable price .

Shower at least for one of the rooms was very cold, but as we did not complain they couldn't have known about the problem, I'm sure they would have fixed it if we said something but we didn't mind too much

Amazing hosts, such a friendly and welcoming place! The dorm is comfortable and the terrace/balcony has beautiful views across the hills. Anyone rating this less than 10/10 is crazy ;)

We spent 3 nights, with our 2 children. it’s a family-run guest house, the hosts (three generations) are so warm and friendly. we were treated to great homemade wines. thanks to their hospitality we extremely enjoyed staying in Signagi and exploring the Kakheti region. will be more than happy to return.

Nice location!Very close to downtown and easily get everywhere! Very enthusiastic host! I loved them so so much! they are so nice that provided us free wine and chacha 😆 I am sure i will back in future.We also made a funny video and playing cards together.I even wrote a memorial card😆Please follow them in TikTok

Welcoming lovely family - great setup with a beautiful balcony to chill on. Quiet street but near the middle of town.

No a/c - but I kept the windows open with no issues

Host gave wide range of activities too do such as exploring a local vineyard aswell as giving tastings of traditional wines and cha-cha. Had a brilliant view from hostel of the valley.

For sure the most guesthouse owners that I have met during my whole trip in Georgia. They really make you feel like home.

The bed was a bit hard, not the most comfy one.
