Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Holes in the towels, if you're squeamish, better bring yours. The rest of bed linen is fine though.
Pretty worn-out but well-organized room 100 m from the bus station Surprisingly quiet Nice view from the window Friendly staff, they returned my belongings that I left a week after my check-out, great customer attitude!

Shower head split meant could not get great spray off the shower, and tv didn’t work but then since it was in Georgian anyways that wasn’t an issue for me!!! Personal taste bed was bit soft..

The shower was...not good. At all, really. The first day there wasn't any hot water which was pretty miserable. But, more importantly, it barely drained. Walls are pretty thin as well. That said, you get what you pay for and, again, for the price point it exceeded my expectations
The staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. The price performance is stellar despite the flaws with the room itself. I mostly booked it as I needed something next to the bus station but I was very pleasantly surprised at how nice the staff was. Tea in the morning was great too. Additionally, the bed was quite comfortable and the air conditioner definitely did the trick

For the price, the hotel is more than very good! They don't kept have in-room water bottles or supplies but they have a common water dispenser in the hall, and a basic coffee station as well; No sofa anywhere but they have common tables with good seats everywhere. The washroom is fine, beds are ok, AC is fine. Generally this price is damn cheap, also you have free wifi but not great but it can be helpful.

the room smelled of cigarettes, the soundproofing was poor, you could hear what people were saying behind the wall
Everything was good, close to bus station, nice to stay if you are going to neighborhood cities or further destinations. Very nice lady at the reception.

It was just a pass-by hotel for late night check-in and early morning check-out, so it is difficult to say it was comfortable and cozy. But, this hotel provided what I needed at the moment.
Location location location ! , It is just in the Bus terminal, so we can easily find our bus in the early morning.

A bit difficult to find it and park car there. Only few spots available, during a day blocked by buses. But we managed. Room ok. At the lobby there was slight cigaret smell present all the time. But ok.
Good walue for money, clean, quiet. Helpful staff.

Only cash, which is annoying, but it was pre advertised
The room was decent, as expected Location is perfect for taking a bus or going to the airport the next day The central common area was better than most hostels (even though this is not such) and when nice to work with the laptop Gino was amazingly helpful, good communicator in English, very available and friendly, and he was there the entire time... Impressive!!

The receptionist doesn't speak English well
Location right next to the central bus station and close to the airport. Easy to get to the city centre by bus. They arranged us a cheap taxi to the airport at night. 24 hrs reception.
