The building appears very modern from the outside, but the apartment left much to be desired. We booked a studio with a bed, sofa, and sea view. What we got was a mini-studio without a sofa and only a partial sea view between buildings. The apartment was damp, with visible mold in the room and mildew in the bathroom. The kitchen was poorly equipped — a random collection of dishes (e.g., only one wine glass, mismatched plates). In the bathroom, screws were sticking out from under the sink, and overall cleanliness was lacking (hair and other debris on the floor). The front door was warped and the frame was falling off — we had to slam it hard each time to get it to close. The balcony was messy, including a cabinet with a sink just standing there. For a 3-day stay, we were given only one roll of toilet paper, and there was no housekeeping during the stay. Communication with the property was poor. The woman at the office handing over the keys seemed like she was doing us a favor. When our room key stopped working during the second day, we were told to go to reception and handle it ourselves — no apology, even though it cost us over half an hour. The elevators work randomly and waiting times are long. Most staff members spoke little or no English, which made communication even harder. Don’t trust the overly positive reviews — it’s likely the property is writing them themselves. They ask for your booking confirmation and take a photo of it, so with the PIN number, they can leave their own reviews.
