Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No toothbrush in the bathroom
Every single detail is amazing i can’t say enough about this hotel. Location location location location location! Pedestrian street behind it. Stores and pharmacy. Backyard restaurant and helpful staff. Comfy rooms beds and pillows.

The only minor issue was the daily house keeping of the room. It wasn't really "cleaning",it was really just tidying up the bed with the same sheets and putting up the same towels, etc..
Loved the location of the place and the area around is super well serviced. The interior of the hotel is top notch, beautiful and aesthetically pleading decorations. The courtyard in the middle of the hotel is a great addition, was perfect for evening drinks and food. Thanks to the hotel we managed to get an earlier check in. They're also very responsive to all requests.

A/C did not work correctly. Would not switch on at times. There was a private event with loud music till midnight right outside our window. But the hotel gave us an advance notice.

Nice hotel located at the beginning of the pedestrian area. Room is nicely decorated, plugs beside the bed, desk, fridge, mineral water and kettle with tea and coffee available. Bathroom with shower, shampoo and soap available. Little balcony, safe. Breakfast buffet to fulfill all the wishes. Bar with good choice of cocktails and wines. Check in and out was quick and I received the invoice directly per email. Within walking distances shops and restaurants.

I can’t express how much I adored my stay at this hotel—it's easily one of the best I've ever experienced! The staff's politeness was unparalleled, and I was consistently impressed by the meticulous cleanliness of the rooms. Every day, returning to a freshly cleaned room was such a treat. Plus, the delicious food and its convenient location in such a vibrant area made every moment memorable. I can't recommend this place highly enough—I'm already planning my next visit and telling everyone I know about this hidden gem!

staffs they forget to give my passport back when i didn't remember my room number ,they asked me to go back to check, although i bring my room key, i think they can check my room number by scanning card. However, they asked me to go back and then allowed me to take breakfast after i got the right number.

Too loud backyard music durung evening hours. Too wide stair rails in one of the stairs, making it unsafe for toddlers and even for children.

The hotel is located 30min from the airport. The building is a post in the past and was renovated in August 2023. The stuff is very helpful. They all speak English great. It was possible with extra cost to check in early. We came at 7. The room was faced to inner yard, so the noise cancelation was perfect. Even during the day time it’s easy to sleep. The design is fresh, nice to stay. The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is everything, talking about hotel amenities, for 2 people and fast internet. We were able to work, including video calls. To sum up, we enjoyed the stay. 2 nights in the heart of Tbilisi passed fast

Very neat place. Beautiful facade, great location, great room, a nice bar with a great aesthetic (insta-worthy!), great breakfast and there is also an outdoor restaurant and bar - plenty of different spaces. Staff are switched-on, attentive and pro. Well-facilitated, pro, solid 4+star hotel. Recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The rooms are not just comfortable but also beautifully designed, and the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. I searched high and low for any tiny flaw, but I came up empty-handed. It's a solid 10 out of 10 without a doubt. Every moment spent there feels like a luxurious escape.
