wonderful property, we visited in the winter and it proved to be a total winter wonderland. it was truly a gorgeous escape. the spa was heavenly and the massage was amazing!

There is a few areas for improvement given you are expecting an excellent service from a 5 star hotel. First of all, the pillows were quite big and tough, we were struggling to fall asleep (even though I am not picky at all from pillow shape perspective :) ). Another thing - the WiFi didn't work at a room, we were only able to have it work at the restaurant and reception areas. While the room was clean (no questions), I had some problem with jacuzzi (we had a jacuzzi bath in the room). It looked like it wasn't checked, and when I filled in the bath and pressed jacuzzi button, the bath got filled with a cloud of dirt particles from the side pipies of the bath. Not a big deal, though, but I'd suggest the staff check jacuzzi beforehand :) And finally, though the variety of dishes at the breakfast was pretty decent, drinks' supply was poor - just a coffe from a coffe machine and some kind of orange nectar (not juice). The water in the jar didn't taste like mineral water. No bottled water, no Borjomi (in the heart of Borjomi!). But again, these things were relatively minor, and overall impression was good! Overall, pretty good hotel to stay a few nights. Located in the park on the Mtkvari river, spectactular views from the room, spacious and convenient room (we stayed at a suite), decent variety at breakfast buffet, good spa center with good massage. I'd surely recommend it.

I've stayed here for 2 nights and room was really big with all the required equipment. Working table was really great additional advantage of the room. Did not have a chance to visit spa, but heard excellent feedback from friends.

Several basic things were missing from our room and we had to ask for them Tea bags , there was only one tea bag for two persons Tissues, we had to ask to provide us with tissues Breakfast, was not as expected for a 5 star hotel, especially the sea food salad components were raw and not edible. No meat or chicken was provided. Room service, they didn't clean the room in a proper manner, especially the toilet.

Honestly... wasn't very excited to book likani hotel, after i got there, i am so glad i did. The place is fantastic, as there so many things to do in the hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Borjomi Likani. Right from the morning of our check in, Daniel, the guest relations manager messaged and welcomed us. We were greeted by himself at the reception and felt very welcome. Check in was a breeze followed by a welcome note & a fruit basket😍 in our room. The hotel is a gem with clean rooms with amazing views. . The bathrooms are massive and clean. The in-room jacuzzi was amazing. Housekeeping was done everyday to our joy after our day-long excursions. We enjoyed the FIFA '22 football finals at the lounge bar and I couldn't have been in a better place. The food & drinks are spot on. Love the ambience in the lounge bar. The hotel also has a huge pool & jacuzzi well maintained. The gym has the latest workout equipment. Cant say enough about the resort but I will add that the clean lush green resort is situated along the Mtkvari river and it is just a short walk from the hotel and what a view from the bridge at the 600 mark!! Also seen on the property is the Romanov's palace which a thing of beauty. The Georgian restaurant on the 6th floor serves a delicious Karcho soup that we loved. The Christmas deco in the lobby areas brought in the festive season charm. The staff are so helpful even though there is a slight language barrier, they somehow get through👍🏻. We love Borjomi and are happy that this hotel & it's staff enriched our stay. The Guest manager Daniel was calling and checking in on us all the time. Thanks Daniel, that's 5+ 🌟 for us. We are definitely coming back!

The hotel's Jacuzzi was tepid at best when it should have been closer to the temps of a hot springs. We took a one-hour sports massage and it was terribly overpriced and not that great. The breakfast was good, but we had better when in Georgia. We liked that it was a quiet area and not in the city center, but that meant that we did not head out in the evenings and stayed to eat at the hotel restaurants.

It is a beautiful, renovated and well-apportioned hotel with large grounds and beautiful scenery. Since it is a spa, it boasts a pool, jacuzzi and sauna rooms. The saunas - especially the Hamam and the Finnish saunas were wonderful. The Georgian Restaurant on the top floor was quite good. In general, it felt like a location hotel and spa where you could easily spend three or four days.

This property is a great choice and one of the best in Borjomi. They gave us free room upgrade as well. This property has huge forest within to walk which is great. We walked and reached right up to the river. Staff was friendly and supportive. They made the check in & check out process as seamless as possible. David provided us all the info in advance and offered help in city tours and transfers.

I have stayed in this hotel for the third time already and I am in love with it. First of all, I will note the staff, they are friendly, responsive, and this is very important, especially when you travel with a child. I felt cozy and comfortable with family. The place where the hotel is located is very very beautiful and quiet, it is a pleasure to walk there. The hotel has excellent noise cancellation and you can sleep peacefully and not hear extraneous rumors. And finally, the cuisine, the dishes are very good, both in the morning for breakfast and on the menu, everything is very very tasty. Thank you all for everything, we hope to be back.
