Great hotel! I've stayed in 3 different neighborhoods of Batumi and can definitely recommend this area. It's quiet, developed, and you can get all the way to the center by the seaside walk (2-4km). However you can stay near the hotel and find great restaurants and food options nearby. The beach is only 2 minutes from the hotel or less. The staff is amazing, extremely helpful and polite. (Daria from the reception was probably the nicest person I've met in the city). Thank you! If you are planning a trip to Batumi, I'd definitely recommend this hotel!

Location isnt perfect, requires taxis to city center, but for this price point its perfectly acceptable. Also this area is quite crowded with buildings, but I guess most of Batumi is like this. Also, area has a bad smell of sewer. Beds weren't super comfy, but the staff replaced one of the mattresses to our request. The pool was closed lots of times, for several different reasons. View from the balcony is the beach but blocked by some buildings and a construction site with a big crane.

Clean rooms in great condition, separate room for kids, tv in each room, clean toilet and shower. Everything looks new. Beach view from balcony. Very friendly and hard working staff.

The hotel is located very close to a clean beach. The hotel manager is very attentive. Breakfast can be taken in the first floor, a bit noisy though, but satisfactory. I can highly recommend the hotel.

There were some issues with their laundry system, but we were in a hurry anyway, so it wasn't all that bad overall, just somewhat inconvenient. You also have to mind that there's no 24/7 staff available at the moment.

If you're looking for cheap but great, look no further. The location, the atmosphere/vibe, the facilities, friendly staff, everything is great.

- It would be great to kick out the Sunrise (disgusting hotel that hates customers) from all the other floors - and hand over control of the building to Seagull. - The construction site outside the window is sad and does not allow you to enjoy the view of the sea.

As promised - returned to Seagull with my wife. Despite the change of owners, the hotel is still decent. - We were checked in earlier than they should have been. - Many guests complained that breakfasts disappeared over the year. Good news - they are back! And they are delicious. - You can get some nice candies at the reception. - The bed and shower are beyond praise. - We were allowed to stay longer than we should have. - Administrator Daria is a very friendly and nice girl. - When leaving, we forgot two things and returned twice when the room was already cleaned. They gave us everything and didn't throw anything away.

Location is pretty out of the way. No convenience stores in walking distance. Some mildew in the shower.

All positive feedback is right about these boutique hotel . Breakfast worth 5$ and one day we had a weird smell on the whole 12 floor but as people are out for sightseeing it wouldn't be bothering .

There is something in the room that smells like perfume but for me it is really bad because i have headache and it smells very toxic ,but i understand the concept of this,to make the room smell good. But is not for everyone .
