The beds were too bouncy and of low quality. Also, we were on the first floor and the floorboards were quite creaky...it is an old place and there is a fear of the whole thing crumbling down. There is no elevator as well.

Had to leave the room keys behind when we went out. Found that quite odd. Apparently, because some other guests lost their keys once.🤔 Facilities quite old.

Great spot. Near to all the attractions in Old Tiblisi. Very easy to get to. Stayed there multiple times.

The walls are very thin and you here other people walk outside the rooom and talk. 2 of 3 nights was very loud geust that made noise even at 2-5 at night and it was hard to sleep. Also the beds are very old and not comftable at all. Need to do some renovations to the rooms.

The hotel is ok for short stay but dont expact much. The stuff is frindly and nice. Wifi was good. Ac was good.

The bathroom smelled like mold and sewage, the paint was hanging off the walls, there were 2 exposed live wires in the bathroom, the water from the shower was leaking, the beds were super squeaky, the air condition was making some weird noises, the breakfast was very simple, the carpet was ripped

This is an honest review about this hotel ! After reading reviews of this hotel, i made a booking for 1 night stay wondering how it will go After reaching there i met the owner of this hotel Mr.Edward and his mother, the duo was so kind and friendly and spoke English very well English , which is very necessary while here in Georgia I booked an Economy single room, the room was clean, the bathroom has essential amenities like Soap, shampoo, 2 towels, bath mat and yeah Hot water for shower After such a Homely feeling and kind behaviour I then decided to stay for a long time here, i booked this hotel for 8 days and didn't have any problems during my stay Can cook your own food, having a washing machine in the common area, Strong WiFi, 24hrs supermarket just in 50mts, Near Avlabari Metro Station Recommend and will definitely visit again 👍

For the price, the hotel was decent, and the location was excellent and very convenient. However, there was a serious issue with the ceiling, as it had a crack, and at some point, water started leaking from it. This was quite inconvenient, and I believe it needs immediate attention. Overall, you get what you pay for.

While we use there was lot of powders are stciked on our face and body from the bed and sheets we could not find what is that i think that is from structured wall papers. 1st floor 1 room Heater was not working, Window keep on opening on the wind as lock has to repair. Actually we have time to check out till 12pm but we kept pack at 9am and kept our thinks to car but we did not returned our key and we said we are going to church in 1 Hour we will back, and we did not check out before we come at 10.30 to use the toilet and say bye bye but we got denied to enter as owner Ms.Leila felt that we checked out i explained that is miss understood so she finally accepted unhappily with actions we felt bad still we entered as we hired and paid, and we saw same bedsheets are recycled for next client.

The property is ok, and kitchen also ok, the staff is ok, only at the window keep on opening while heavy wind which is giving cool to the room, toilet is ok, dining room also fine.

it's a very old building. you can't even walk in your room without waking up people in next room. floor is veryyyyyyu squeaky. there was a nasty smell in bathroom. it was bit too far from the tourist spots and old town, considering the fact that you can rent lots of better places right in heart of old town.

Very very friendly owner of the hotel. She warmly welcomed us a few hours before our official arrival, reserved a parking space for us in front of the hotel. In between, she cleaned the rooms, asked us every time if we needed anything else. She explained everything we needed. The location is very good for exploring the old part of Tbilisi. I highly recommend it.
