The only thing that could have been better was the shower. It’s a bit small, and the moisture tends to spread to the towels, which makes it slightly uncomfortable. But honestly, for us, it was a very minor inconvenience and didn’t affect the overall impression.

What we really enjoyed was the location: it’s right in the very centre of the old city. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing: you can see the river, the rocky cliff on the other side with a temple, and just below, a beautiful tourist street filled with life. There are plenty of nice restaurants literally in the same building or just next door, so going out for dinner was always easy and pleasant. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We had a late check-in and late check-out, and both were handled without any issue, just a quick phone call. They were easy to reach and didn’t hesitate to speak in whatever language worked best. When they found out the reason for our visit, they even offered us a small gift, which was a lovely touch. On top of that, they helped us out when we needed to do some ironing - we just asked the administrator, and he explained everything with a smile. Overall, the hospitality was exceptional. Also, the air conditioning worked really well, which was a huge relief given the hot weather.

Hotel was a bit basic. We took a large room and it was quite small. Amenities like security deposit box which were mentioned on our booking was not there.

The bathroom filthy and moldy. Very poor cleaning. At 8h in the morning no one was at the front desk until a young man, who looks like he came from a party and overslept comes in. He was very rude when I asked where I could find a hairdryer (indicated in facilities). His exact words were: "Realy?!" When we enquired regarding the television the night before the young lady didn't know how it worked and informed us there are only Russian channels. The aircon was also not working.

Room cleaning service is not that up to the mark.

Having breakfast with booking room were good and fresh. Location is no doubt excellent to move around everywhere can go by walk. Other options like keep your luggage there in store and early check-in/extended check-out options are very much handy to save extra cost.

Sockets near the bed are not usable, it's very hard to plug 🔌 , because it falls. In my room wifi signal was poor.

Very unpleasant stay. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful, which ruined the whole experience. A hotel may have good facilities, but when the attitude of the staff is this disrespectful, it’s impossible to feel comfortable. Definitely would not recommend.

The drain in the shower kept overflowing. I could run the shower for around 3-5 mins before it was overflowing, and then I'd need to get out for 5-10 mins to let the water drain. Very inconvenient.

The location was great, having a balcony was nice, and the staff were friendly.
