Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United StatesI had a fantastic stay at TbiliCity Hotel. The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable—comparable to a Tempur-Pedic mattress—so I slept better than I have in weeks. The hotel is in a perfect location—right in the heart of the city. Everything you might want to see or do is within walking distance, so there’s no need for taxis or long commutes. As a boutique hotel, it offers a unique and personal atmosphere you just don’t find in larger chain hotels. The design is charming, with thoughtful touches throughout the rooms and common areas. It feels cozy and stylish without being overdone. The staff was attentive and welcoming, adding a warm, local touch to the experience. If you’re visiting Tbilisi and want a comfortable, convenient, and character-filled place to stay, I highly recommend TbiliCity Hotel.

United StatesThe shower could be relooked and remodeled perhaps.
The property is very well located, has charming balconies and serves well as a place to crash at night. Daniel at the front has been super helpful in guiding me and charting my itinerary with details. His hospitality and immense knowledge of the region made my stay even more comfortable and friendly. The property is well designed for the compact space size and has a great walking score to a lot that the city has to offer!

Singaporeroom a bit small, only a little window along the corridor. location - along a street where many annoying and persistent waitresses exist, there is no freedom to choose a restaurant yourself and they keep insisting us to try their food. otherwise the street is quite lively decorated.

RussiaI recently had the pleasure of staying at Tbilicity Hotel in Tbilisi for a delightful two-day getaway at the end of May. Located near the center of the city, this hotel offers a prime location on a bustling walking street adorned with charming restaurants, cafes, and other amenities. Overall, my experience at Tbilicity Hotel was highly positive, and I'm pleased to share my review with you. First and foremost, the location of the hotel was superb. Being situated on a vibrant walking street allowed me to immerse myself in the lively atmosphere of Tbilisi. Exploring the nearby Liberty Square was a breeze, as it was just a leisurely 20-minute walk away. The convenience of having various eateries, cafes, and even barbershops in close proximity was a major plus. Although the room I stayed in was not overly spacious, it exuded a cozy and welcoming ambiance. Despite its size, the room was intelligently designed, utilizing the available space efficiently. The bed was particularly comfortable, offering a restful retreat after a day of exploration and adventure in the city. I found myself drifting off to sleep like a charm each night. One aspect that pleasantly surprised me was the hotel's internet connectivity. Despite reading some previous reviews mentioning issues, I experienced no such problems during my stay. The internet connection was consistently reliable and fast, allowing me to stay connected and attend to any personal or professional matters with ease. I opted for a room with a window overlooking the street, which did introduce a bit of noise at times, particularly during the evenings when the nearby cafes and restaurants were bustling with activity. However, this was easily resolved by closing the window. Once closed, the room became calm and tranquil, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The staff at Tbilicity Hotel were courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests I had during my stay.

IndiaNo water bottles/coffee/kettle were provided and rooms are way smaller than expected. The mattress is way too soft which makes it harder to sleep in one position and place since the area sinks. But it might be just me.
The locality was great, towels, good quantity shampoo+shower gel was provided for 2 people since we like to take bath twice a day. A protable universal plug was provided which wasn't what we were expecting. Overall, a solid 8/10 :)

United StatesHaving stayed at many hotels in Tbilisi, they definitely have the best mattresses in town, I slept like a baby. It is also very conveniently located for walking in downtown. I loved this boutique hotel downtown Tbilisi. The staff was very nice and spoke English proficiently. They were also very helpful about places to visit. 24 hour service was a big help, as we checked in late at night. We'll be back again!

United StatesI have nothing to dislike, everything was great.
I stayed last year in this property, and it looks completely different. The new owners change the entire setting of the place looks amazing. Notice everything is fixed and new appearance. I love the cameras make me feel safer. The staff was super friendly, and they spoke English. I had the chance to meet the entire staff, everybody was helpful and nice. The best part of this place is the new bed, that mattress was the most comfortable in the area. I have back pain and I sleep like a baby. A really good place to stay and safer than before. I already booked another reservation when I come back from Batumi. highly recommended!

BelarusIn July 2024, we had a reservation at this hotel. When we arrived, we were unable to access the internet because we had just landed at the airport. We showed up a bit later than expected, but unfortunately no one was available to open the gate for us. Regrettably, we had to find another place to stay at 3am. This was a very inconvenient and frustrating experience after a long flight. I would not recommend this hotel if you have an early morning arrival or need reliable internet access upon check-in. The lack of staff availability and inability to access our room as booked ruined our plans and forced us to scramble to find last minute accommodations in the middle of the night. I hope the hotel can improve their late night staffing and guest access procedures to prevent other travelers from encountering the same issues we faced. An early morning arrival is a common occurrence, so the hotel should be better prepared to handle it smoothly.
Sadly but nothing , we had no chance to even stay there
