Beautifully designed hotel, big comfortable rooms with high ceilings, very clean, friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. The view from the balcony was amazing! The location was great, no noise from the street, close to restaurants and beautiful sites.

I really like the building, the rooms, the location, the atmosphere and the most important, the service, specially the recepcionist that are all of them very helpfull and also the therapist who gave me a really good and professional massage. Nowhere was it indicated that there was no elevator access in the building. Food choices were very limited.

The property was lovely, maintained the old world character of the building. Rooms were beautifully appointed.

Not a con, but just be aware that it's a little tricky to find when you first get there. It's maybe 10 meters down the small road, and then the hotel desk is upstairs one floor.

The room was bigger than it looked in the pictures, with nice high ceilings and very clean. Breakfast in the restaurant was included and was excellent, as was the to-go breakfast they offered if you were leaving early. The staff were also very helpful, especially Lazare who helped us make a reservation at one of the sulfur baths. We're already planning to stay again when we're back in Tbilisi. Some reviews mentioned it being noisy, but that wasn't at all the case for us. If anything, it was nice because it's a little bit off of the main street.

I'd appreciate a stronger air conditioner. The room can be a bit hot when light is strong in the morning.

Very helpful, discreet and efficient service. The hotel itself is beautiful as a space and I really appreciated its reclaimed aesthetic. The hotel was very accommodating with my five year old and proving a separate bed for him.

My stay at “The Unfound Door” was exceptional 👌🏻. Nothing can describe the beauty and magic of this place along with the unique, antique architecture and details. I was contacted by the staff members prior to my arrival date in order to help me with airport pick up ✈️, any tours or trips to local attractions as well as help with any questions and they were wonderful, they even helped me with an unrelated matter to my stay 🙂‍↕️🙏🏻 check in process was smooth, all staff were very nice and welcoming. All required informations were provided to me at the check in 👍🏻 and you’re going to find a very helpful small city informations cards at the check in counter, so make sure to get yourself a copy. There is a very delicious, good selection of snacks inside the snacks 😌👌🏻 Breakfast was more than amazing with a wide variety of selections. I would definitely recommend staying here for your next visit to Tbilisi 🌆

The lack of an elevator or phones in the rooms was a problem for me. I couldn't get a wake-up call & couldn't get my heavy suitcase up several flights of stairs. Also, I was upset when the hotel quoted me 40 Lari for their driver to provide transportation from the train station to the hotel. A local taxi charged me 10 Lari!?

The hotel is historic & lovely, but not modernized due to historic renovation codes. The interior is a work of art.

Comfortable rooms, nice staff, good location and excellent kitchen (restaurant). If they add blackouts for the bedrooms and change the pillows for softer ones it will become 10/10 instead of 9/10. Overall the experience was superb! Thanks to the team making this boutique hotel experience a real joy.

Staying at Unfound Door is to spend the night inside a beautiful pocket of history. What a privilege! The breakfast was absolutely delicious too (highly recommend the french toast).

- no noise isolation. Our room was pretty close to the entrance and I woke up each time someone was nearby (staff on heels or someone talking or with luggage). There are rooms far from the entrance or even on the next floor - maybe you should ask for another floor

+ beautiful facility + breakfast is not cheap, but you will love it for sure. The quality and amount is much more that the money it costs + loved the snacks so much, that I was ready to buy more as a souvenir

Everything was great. The decoration is unique and beautiful. The smell is great in the hotel. The welcoming Gozinakhi - the best I’ve ever tasted in Georgia. The front desk woman was very forthcoming. The server at breakfast - she was super friendly and forthcoming. The location is good.

Wonderful stay at Unfound Door. Staff were friendly, location was great with loads of restaurants and bars around (yet didn’t felt like it was too noisy), and rooms were clean and thoughtfully designed. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely incredible hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the food and drinks at the restaurant were great, and the rooms were very comfortable and well designed. I hope to stay here again sometime!
