A bit of a pain to get groceries but that’s expected if you go to wild mountains.

Location is grand. The house is good but too small for 4 adults and 3 kids: it’s literally for 1 family to fit, otherwise we were squashed - it’s quite small. But it’s clean and the house has all you need.

The property is really amazing, but just a heads up, the stairs are a bit narrow. Not a big deal though, just take it slow and you'll be fine. Also, since it's a farm, you might encounter some beetles, but don't worry; just take them out, and everything will be wonderful!

If you are hesitant about renting this place, trust me, you should take it! We rented the two houses for two nights. The property is big and spacious, with a breathtaking view, and it's occupied with everything you need. The two houses are identical, so I will describe one of them, but the other is the same. The house has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed with a balcony, and the other room has three single beds. The living area also has a sofa bed. There is one bathroom. It contains a washing machine, hair dryer, two heads of shower, bidet (شطاف), and warm/hot water so you can take a nice shower. There are two heaters, one fixed to the wall under the stairs and the other movable in the bedroom. There is a TV above the inside fireplace and a small kitchen with all the necessary equipment, such as a stove, microwave, electric kettle, small refrigerator, pans, glasses, salt, spices, spoons, and more. They paid attention to little details. There was a nail clipper and even Arabic coffee ingredients such as green cardamom (هيل) and clove (عويدي/مسمار). Outside the house, the backyard is amazing and well-maintained. There is a beautiful fireplace with chairs, swings under the tree with lights, and a trampoline and balls for the kids. At the end of the yard, there are stairs that will take you all the way to the path next to the river behind the property. There are lights and some chairs along the way. I can't emphasize enough how kind, warm, sweet, and helpful the host couple was. They were welcoming before we even arrived. I asked them for an early check-in a couple of hours before the agreed time, and they agreed immediately; when it was time to check out, they didn’t try to rush us, the exact opposite actually; I was the one who texted them to get the keys. They will help you with anything you need; we asked out of the blue if they could get us horses after sunset, and they did! The price was really good.

Excellent location the best in Borjomi, near the waterfall and the forest you can enjoy a hike and a swim in the cold river within a 2-minute walk front the hut.. awesome nature and outdoors.. the indoor is cozy and comfortable

Not enough bathrooms - only one. The staircase is very small and tough to climb. The fireplace exhaust is not working well so don’t try to make a fire it will be full of smoke.

Property is clean and located in beautiful valley close to the river. Spacious with two bedrooms at the 1st floor and living area at the ground floor.

super clean, cosy, the kitchen and amenities are so sufficient and to the point, the fireplace was a great add to the experience that we had especially in the cold nights, the cottage was well heated, the hot water was available for cleaning and bathing, the hosts are so kind, sweet and welcoming, they made our stay so lovely, they are a good reference for all activities you may do in Borjomi, the front yard is spacious so the kids could play and had a lot of fun, the mountain view with Vast green lawns were unforgettable.

This charming, brand new house is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, situated in a small village just 10 minutes from Borjomi amidst the beautiful mountains. It's fully equipped with everything you could need, including a cozy fireplace, kitchen appliances, and a BBQ. The hosts, who live nearby, are incredibly welcoming and accommodating, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My kids loved it here so much that they didn't want to leave! It's a special place that we can't wait to return to
