The apartment was really spacious, and very clean. The shower pressure was really good and relaxing. The view from the balcony is gorgeous, you can see the sea very well. It's well located - there are markets nearby, and there's a McDonald's if you get really hungry. Parking was really close to the building.

The fan is only for noise sake you can’t feel the air on the max setting so AC is the only option for cooling off.

Very nice and cozy place worth the money the host sent a massive note detailing the local recommendations, guides etc. AC is spot on so relaxing on hot summer day

Nothing to dislike about this property at all.

The apartment is excellent for a couple staying for a few days as we were. Ross ensured we had all the information we needed to access the building and apartment when we (finally) arrived at 9:30pm. There is a Morrisons superstore within 5 minutes walk and a McDonalds next to that for that quick and easy meal after traveling. The location of the apartment is excellent for exploring Gibraltar with the Cable Car to the Top of the Rock a short 10 minute walk away. Very good communication with Ross even after I messed up the payment and had to get it resolved he was still extremely helpful

A little tight for 2 people with two large suitcases / travel bags, given it was a pull down bed - but it was still functional. Privacy was a bit of an issue. There are only heavy drapes - no sheers. If the drapes were open you were fully exposed to the neighbouring apartment complex. When they were closed during the day it was very dark and claustrophobic. Some instructions on the operation of the microwave and TV would be useful.

Excellent location with good access to public transport and local sights and amenities. Clean, neat and tidy. Good facilities in the complex. Clear instructions for access on arrival. Good communication with property manager.

Perfect location and everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Ross who is the point of contact was always helpful and his recommendations for dining, activities and transport, etc, were very helpful. We will definitely be back ASAP. We have had a lovely break away in what can be described as super holiday accommodation

the only thing that i can complain about was the sofa bed. I felt as if i was sleeping on a slab of concrete!. i think the sofa bed could be either replaced with a proper bed or a mattress topper would be good. Knocked a point off because of the bed.

Nothing to complain

Located within minutes from Morrisons grocery shop, and less than a minute walk to the bus stop to take you anywhere you need to be. From the moment we landed in Gibraltar , our host Ross provided us with all the information we may need during our stay, from how to access the room to best places to eat or to visit during our stay. Best communication all around. If back in Gibraltar will definitely stay here again. Clean , cozy, spatious enough for our needs for the 3 days we stayed there.

Can’t really fault it at the price point

Compact and well-designed. The fold-down bed was surprisingly comfortable and we slept very well. AirPlay support on the TV is always a great touch.

You are requested to take your rubbish out. We found it difficult to locate the bins outside (already dropped the key off so no access to what we thought was a communal space) and ended up putting our rubbish in a public bin as hardly had any. It would be easier if the bins were emptied by the person who cleans the flat like everywhere else we have stayed before.

A small nice studio flat equipped with everything you may need for a short stay. Clean and convenient location. Helpful host, let us check in early which was nice as we arrived on an early flight.
