A flawless stay. The host are super nice to get use charger since we have forgotten, helped us for the laundry etc. there is a very nice restaurant around and we had breakfast there everyday. Taxi to the city center cost around 6.5€. It’s so nice to have your own swimming pool.

Kitchen could have had a few more cooking utensils/pots, and the fridge was overly efficient & iced up due to the door being very stiff to close but that's just me being picky as otherwise everything was fabulous.

Great size villa, comfortable beds, lovely pool with lots of sun loungers, although not heated so it was a little chilly at this time of year. Great location right on the beach with stunning views and a 20/25 min walk into town. Shop and restaurants within a couple of minutes. Staff were super friendly and a cot was provided for our little one.

The furniture could do with being updated and the kitchen could be better stocked.

Stunning views of the bay across to Poros. Wonderful pool and balcony. Great restaurant behind the property, a cafe next door and a supermarket just up the road. Very comfortable, big bed. Babis the host is very responsive and Tilla the housekeeper is exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she serviced the apartment beautifully.

Babis is the best. He and Nertila (also the best!) helped us feel so welcome. Organized laundry, incredibly generous with his time to help me with my lost wallet, and gave us tips for breakfast and dinner. We loved the location (just a few steps from swimming in the sea, great restaurants, both convivial and also quiet, close supermarket/bakery/bike rental), the apartment (super clean, spacious, comfortable and great for putting together vegetable/fruit/feta/olive lunches) and this part of Poros.

Our first stay here, but will defenetly not be our last! Bibis the owner is so service minded, the place and location is great and Tilla is the most amazing cleaner with the best smile! And to have our own pool, was a huge bonus!

Nothing, although a hairdryer would have been useful.

The view from the balcony was beautuful, it was a lovely place to sit with a glass of wine in the evening. The location was great, close to the beach and there were cafes and restaurants nearby. The supermarket is a short walk away. The apartment was a good size and had everything we needed, including a good shower. The only we missed having was a hairdryer.

I loved that the apartment was right next to the pool area, there was always plenty of space and it felt like a private pool at times. The view of the sea was so beautiful. The host was very helpful and the housekeeper was brilliant too. Loved it!

I was in contact with the host who made sure that his Housekeeper was there for check in. The host came over later and introduced himself. Everyone was very friendly and did their best to make the stay enjoyable. The location is lovely with friendly locals living closeby. The apartment was immaculately clean, the pool area was lovely.

Hard to find negatives really. The kitchen equipment was a little basic for cooking - maybe could do with one or two more things eg another sharp knife & saucepan. But when we asked for something, Babis was very responsive.

A delightful place to stay and relax on Poros in a heatwave. We had one of the units with its own pool which was great, but the main pool area was also lovely. Comfortable bed & great bathrooms. Babis the host was fantastic - friendly and helpful, with taxi and restaurant bookings and anything else we needed. Location in Askeli is great, with a cute cafe next door, beach right in front, supermarket, bakery and a few good restaurants all within a couple of mins walk. Taxi boat to pretty Poros town also just across the road.

This place was amazing! The host met us and showed us around the villa, he gave us some delicious dinner recommendations that were fantastic! The pool was great to enjoy during a heatwave, and the couple that own the cafe next door were so welcoming and even being you breakfast to your room!

Beautiful villas in stunning location, a great base to explore Poros, or just do as we did and stay within walking distance….enjoying local beaches and restaurants, then getting little water ferries to local beaches or Poros town for a change of scene. We loved the fact that this is a very authentically greek spot…almost devoid of foreign tourists. Babis was so very helpful, as were rest of staff….all quite delightful.

Exceptional location, clean and spacious rooms (we were a family of 4), cordial service. The pool was clean with enough sun loungers for all residents. Babis who welcomed us was always available but at the same time discreet. We had a great time!

Nothing not to like

Poros… small island restaurants and beaches. This little apartment block (maybe 10) has beachfront views and wonderful swimming pools. We had a one bed two storey maisonette with a private pool and direct access to the beach and sea less then 20 steps away. Cafe next door for carafes of wine and ice cold beers which you can have on your own terrace €4.50 (500ml white wine ) Restaurant next door a step up from regular beach food and the odyssey café restaurant behind was exceptional. Bakery and wonderful coffee behind and a two minute walk to a supermarket. The manager Babis is the most superp host and gets 5* from us - thank you for all your taxi bookings / restaurant guide and generous help every time We asked a question.

The chairs on the balcony weren't comfortable, so we sat inside most of the time and there had to be small repairs at the air condition (which were done really fast after we mentioned them!).

It's the best accomodation on Poros, we loved the pool and the apartment very much. There even is a little cafe next to it which serves cocktails and sandwiches right to the pool. The owner is so nice and friendly and always there for you, he comes by at least twice a day to check if everything is alright. Everything you need is in walking distance.

Can’t be better

Beautiful place overviewing the sea. The pool is clean with comfy sun beds around. The rooms are spacious, well equipped and a very good bed.

the apartment would have benefited from some cushions on the sofa and more kitchen equipment (for example, the was just a bread knife but no other sharp knives).

the property was very spacious and clean. we visited late October when it was nice and quiet and had the pool to ourselves. Babis, our host, was very helpful. we had a great stay and would recommend it to others
