Exceeded both my own and my girlfriend’s expectations in all aspects. Staff were amongst the most helpful hospitality staff I have ever come across. Catered for every need, whether it be tours, advice or whatever we needed, immediately ( e.g. from the point of asking reception how to rent an ATV in Santorini, there was one sourced and brought outside the apartment in 15 mins). Added nice extra touches such as complementary water and wine, fresh towels & bath robes every day and room specific wifi, not to mention the jacuzzi that was readily heated for use throughout the day. I also want to note here that the view was incredible. We were on the first floor & the view was as clear as seen in the photos (I saw another review saying the photos were misleading, which I really don’t understand). The hot tub/jacuzzi view was especially nice at sunset and was a great way to wind down, for us. Lastly, I want to make note of the location. Initially I wasn’t fully sure if I had made the right decision staying in Firostefani (where the apartment is) rather than Fira. However, it became clear that Firostefani was much less intense and quieter, and is generally nicer than Fira itself (which is a short (10-15 min) walk away). Fira does have a relatively active nightlife so it was nice to be able to stay well out of ear-shot of the noise of it, too.

Just kind of difficult to take a shower in the bathtub and not sure if the bathtub with massage jets was working or not because it looked a bit worn out and some kind of dust was gathering in the corner of the bathroom in the tub area, not sure where it was coming from but not a big deal, everything else was still perfect.

I loved the location, loved the Caldera View, I loved that somebody assisted us with our luggages, I loved that there was coffee and a microwave oven, I loved the outdoor Hot Tub, bed was comfortable.

There could have been more light in the bathroom. Also, if you are much taller than 175cm you will hit the ceiling with your head in the shower.

You can see the famous Santorini sunset right from the balcony. There's a classy pool right in front of the unit. The staff are all very friendly. About a 15 minute walk to Fira for us. Quiet location at night.

We received an email, shortly after our booking, offering to help with transportation from the airport. I accepted and the Agnadema did the rest. Unfortunately we had flight cancellations, delays, etc. I emailed hotel, and they kept on top of our flights. We eventually arrived, hours late, but the driver was there, waiting for US!! 15-20 minute ride from the airport, and Julian (porter) was there to meet us and help with our luggage. THANK goodness, because....there are a lot of steps and a bit of a pitch to get to and from our room. Julian carried our luggage like an Olympian. Just incredible. The rest of the staff were extremely kind, and helpful. A very well run facility. Perfect view. We were VERY happy with our stay. We would stay there again.

The property is well located at the north of Fira. The surroundings were calm, the staff was welcoming and very nice during the whole stay. The hot tube with the view was a real plus.

The kitchen could be better equipped but we didn’t plan on cooking there so it didn’t bother us.

The hotel, pool and views are even better then the photos! The views are breathtaking and the hotel immaculate. The pool area is stunning and if you book here you will be extremely happy with your choice. We got an amazing upgrade with incredible hot tub view and are really grateful for it. We stayed in 4 different hotels in Oia and Fira but this hotel made our holiday really special!

Brilliant stay. Probably our favourite accommodation ever. The view, the room and the service was exceptional, we thoroughly enjoyed exploring Santorini. Location just a short walk from Fira was great, with many places to eat close by and the cafe Galini’s just behind did good coffee. So quiet and peaceful being below the main walkway. Absolutely loved it and will be back.

Low ceiling in bedroom. Hubbie kept hitting his head 😂 No shelf in fridge door so unable to stand up wine,milk , juice etc..

Everything..amazing location, amazing views, amazing accommodation and amazing staff. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Both the living area and bedroom had smart TVs also which was a great plus. We had a beautiful hot tub which overlooked the pool. The staff were really helpful and always looked to assist in any way they could. Also gave some great recommendations for brunch spots! There are a lot of wonderful places to stay in Santorini but we couldn’t recommend staying here any more.

There are lots of steps down to the apartment. It's definitely doable, but becareful with larger bags as it is a little uneven

This apartment was so lovely! We had a fantastic view of the seafront. It was stunning. We even had a hot tub outside our apartment. Pool area was beautiful too. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Fira. We were only a few mins from the main areas. It was so relaxing

Breakfast suggestion (delivered from outside hotel) is expensive and nothing special. Make your own or go out for breakfast.

The decoration inside the room was a bit outdated and the mattress not so comfy.

As long as you know there are lots of steps and walking in Santorini then there is nothing not to like here.

The view from our room is a true marvel of nature. The staff was excellent especially the Porter who is more than happy to carry your bags up and down the 100 stairs to your room. The location was perfect for us just at the end of the busier part of Thira where the cruise ships come in. Galini Cafe located just above was our morning coffee and breakfast spot. And the amazing sunsets from our room are a priceless experience.

These are not things we disliked - just some constructive feedback; Not sure if there has to be an excessive amount of chlorine in the hot tubs but we felt like there was, as it removed half my nail varnish and changed the colour of both my partners swimming shorts. The bathroom is a bit dated compared to the rest of the accommodation, maybe it’s something that is in the plan to be renovated! The breakfast you offer via an outsourced cafe/company - in our opinion we would perhaps suggest you find another partnership with someone else. Our delivery guy was a bit rude, all of our food was stone cold and it wasn’t great quality.

We loved staying here, staff were really nice, helpful and friendly - thank you! The views are incredible, especially if you have a room with a hot tub and you can watch your sunset - we loved ours! Everything was kept very clean, area is quite which is lovely and a short 15 min walk to Fira town. Would recommend others to stay here! Thank you for having us x

Very nice place to stay in Santorini. Room was very big and comfortable, little pool was great because of the very hot weather and, most of all, team in the hotel were really friendly and nice. I recommend it!
