Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GreeceAstypalea is a great island, beatiful and very calm. Room was great quite large and very friendly and customer oriented staff. Room was cleaned every day. Side tip: if you are a solo traveler and are not going to rent a car, just download the astymove app. With 20 € for 3 days you can basically move everywhere within the main rowns of the island.

United KingdomA lot of mosquitoes, a screen on the window would be a good idea.
Big studio with all the necessary facilities, nice sea view from the room and the terrace. Very close to the airport (less than 15 minutes walking) and right next to a bus stop.

Indiawhat an absolutely charming studio! the rooms are very spacious, the mattresses very comfortable, and the balcony has amazing views. everything was brand new too. anna and her family were extremely helpful throughout my stay. the studio is very well located and close to really lovely beaches. the astybus pick up point is also very close and is a nifty way to get around. i was able to cook in the kitchenette, and was even provided a smaller pan as i was one person. this was very useful as i had arrived early in the shoulder season and most restaurants in maltezana had not opened yet. i was also able to do laundry. i was also offered flexible check-in and check-out and transfers to the ferry. cannot recommend agnadi studios enough!

GreeceEverything was perfect :)
We stayed at superior apartment #1. Comfortable and super spacious apartment, very clean, great hosts , perfect location, minimal cozy and modern design, absolutely value for money! Transfer from/to the port was organized for us for free upon request. The rooms are only 15-20 minutes from Chora but still close to the beach and the famous Mple Limanaki bay. There are also a couple of restaurants and a bakery .The location is perfect ,not noisy at all ideal either for couples, families or friends. The hosts, Anna and her mother Tasia are very kind and always there and available to help or give us information and tips. Rooms were cleaned daily We wish we could go back one day! :)

NorwayNothing. All good
The view was amazing. To sit in the balcony and look at the mountains and the sea. It was beautiful. The room and the bathroom was big and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Big white towels. The bed was extra big and so good to sleep in. There was a bowl with some coffee, tea and some breakfast itenaries in the room. It was a homemade jam in the fridge and a water bottle. The place is pet friendly and they have parking. That is a big plus for me. On the day of leaving, I had a late ferry in the evening, the owner let me stay in the room as long as I wanted because it was a very hot day and it would be difficult for me and my dog to be outside all the day. That actually helped us a lot on our trip that day. Such a hospitality you don't find in many places.

United KingdomWe loved everything, but it would be nice to have some chocolate desserts in the 7 stars restaurant
We loved everything. Anna our host was so welcoming and the apartment more than met our expectations. It was romantic and perfectly presented. The area is stunning, the restaurant settings also, and the beach at Maltezana is just wow. Thank you so much for the people,of this beautiful island, for helping us enjoy our 10 year wedding anniversary. On a practical point of view, this area is not necessarily for those who struggle with walking up hills or steps, but perfectly manageable with assistance. There is a store in the local area with enough to suffice. Please don’t expect the range one might find in a larger cosmopolitan area. I personally visited the 7 stars restaurant earlier in the season and the welcome and service I received was exceptional. I was treated to a local seafood delicacy for free at the end of my meal and a delicious local ouzo. The view over the sea when the moon is full is to die for. From Agnadis studios you are within walking distance of another couple of restaurants just past the main Maltezana beach and over a small hill. It is well worth the walk as the local musicians, food and community are both welcoming, traditional and amazing. It’s lovely to eat and enjoy the early evening atmosphere of the sun setting, kids playing around the jetty and yachts floating gently in the breeze in the harbour. Anna will happily pick you up and drop you off from the port upon arrival and departure. Obviously advanced communication is important. I also recommend a small beach bar at the harbour if embarking or disembarking from a ferry. It’s cleverly named “Portakali” Greek word for orange but intriguingly also has words meaning great and port included. I can’t say any more, you have to experience this island for yourselves. I was fortunate to island hop this year and I can’t fault any of the islands, but this was one of my favourites.
