Staff was very friendly, impeccably clean property, very comfortable stay!

The location was great. 5 mins walk to the Venetian port. Staff very friendly. We were also given free b’fast which was so yum.

AKTI is an amazing hotel. All services, but absolutely everything, are of a high level. Thank you to everyone, thank you for everything. We will definitely be back.

The hotel itself is bright and fresh. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was really a perfect stay. I can't think of anything I would change!

The room was good and clear with comfortable beds. Breakfast had enough choice and was also good. It is a bit outside the main centre opposite a beach.

Great value. Large suite for very good price. Stayed 8 nights so they “ threw” in complimentary breakfast. Nice complete breakfast. Very clean.

No shower curtain!!! But no big deal!!

Very comfortable, clean accommodation. Easy to park nearby. Easy walk to all the beachside restaurants and gorgeous port and town centre. Nice breakfast.

Perfect place to stay just near the sea & promenade. We stayed in a suite which was big & nice The breakfast is a special one. Free parking in the street.

Everything was simply amazing, 10/10.

Our room was incredible! Spacious with an incredible view of the sea. The bathroom had a deep tub as well as a shower. Nice balcony to enjoy the sea air. Staff were helpful and kind. Loved our stay there.

The hotel felt comfortably homey, not sterile hotel feel. Easy check in and out. Delicious breakfast with nice range of options. Sea side location with grand view. Sea view balcony was quite roomy. Spotless, comfortable room and bed. Thoughtful touches (slippers, robe). The whole experience was top-notch and a bargain. Close free parking was also nice.

Bar soap was quite hard, didn't lather well. That's the only critique. A curved shower curtain bar might help the shower feel more open, but I loved having a tub!

Very close to all the places to eat and the sea ! Kind family .. they offered us a breakfast without additional costs. The breakfast was sumptuous. Rooms were clean, everything as described.

Great location just on the waterfront, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast (except for the coffee - an expresso machine would be nice). Great balcony from our room where we could view the seafront and the castle. Room was very spacious and overall the decoration of the hotel was very quirky, interesting colour scheme and art works throughout.

The only thing we didn’t like was the coffee at breakfast. For the rest this hotel is excellent.

From first arriving to us leaving we could not have been made more welcome by the staff. We stayed in the suite room which was very comfortable with everything we needed to make an enjoyable stay. The balcony was perfect to sit and relax. The breakfast was excellent with such a good choice of food. The cleaning service was also excellent. The location was perfect for a minutes walk to the water edge with plenty of restaurants or a nice little stroll into the more busy areas. Parking was very easy.

There is nothing to dislike about this property. We have stayed in many hotels over the years and we find it very difficult to believe this is rated at a 2* certainly worth much higher!
