You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GreeceWhile staying there unfortunately there was a lot of loud banging coming from what seemed to be the floor above us (we were on the 5th floor). I understand some refurbishment was being done but we were not informed of this at the time of booking. The other matter is that the hotel appears to liaison with taxis using a particular app but not with the radiotaxis. While there the taxis were on strike and we had no way of getting to the hospital for my husband's surgery. Just by chance one of the reception staff informed us of the bus which goes by the hospital. After the strike had ended a couple of days later, a taxi driver explained that the radiotaxi system always has emergencies covered ie for hospital, airport and sea port and will always provide in these circumstances. The reception staff however disagreed with this and said they don't work with radiotaxis. It would be helpful to clarify what the truth is.
The hotel is just a good as on a previous visit in 2017. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is ideal.

Great location, pet friendly, close to metro and nice walking distance from the Centre. Nice service at front desk, also possibility to spend time at the rooftop beach after checking out and if you have time before your flight. Overall had a good experience.

United KingdomRoom was a little dated, shower curtain in the bathroom is my own personal bug bear! It’s about 45mins/1hr walk to Acropolis which I found fine but others may find it a bit far.
Great for a solo traveller - the option to order food from nearby restaurants to the pool, terrace or room was brilliant. Loved the rooftop pool, service was attentive but not intrusive. Location felt safe.

GreeceNoisy neighborhood, as excpected in the center of Athens. The breakfast buffet was not refilled 40 minutes before the end of the breakfast time. We had to ask for it, which was pretty annoying. The breakfast is included in the price, and it is unacceptable to make the guests fight for it, because the quantities are underestimated.
Good facilities, free parking, although it is small and you can not reserve a spot.

Czech RepublicUnfortunately, there was no option to eat there (no restaurant). All food could be ordered from close restaurants around but at least they tasted really well. When I wanted to take a shower, I had to wait like 15 minutes for hot water. There was only cold water coming from the pipes.
I really liked the breakfast in the morning and various options. The rooms size was fine, bed was very comfortable. The rooftop was amazing!

CanadaI didn’t realize how small the hotel was, the location is not good at all for visiting the main sites or finding a good restaurant / bar. We were first timers to Athens and we had no idea where to stay so maybe more research should have been involved.
The place was very cute. The best part is the upper terrace / small bar by the pool.
