Quite basic room. (But cheap and therefore what I expected). A bit isolated - 10 mins walk to village and 25 minutes downhill walk to beach (so hard work coming back). Probably best to hire a car. No cooked meals available at the hotel.

Cheap accommodation and drinks. Good value. Friendly owner. Lovely wee uncrowded beach. Lovely clean and uncrowded swimming pool.

The room smaller and quite dark on ground floor, location wasn’t that good need car really to go the beaches. More choice of food at hotel would of been good.

The pool and gardens and children’s play area were great. The pool was big comfortable sun loungers, the pool was never crowded always peaceful. Lovely restaurant up the hill. The room was a bit smaller and darker than expected on ground floor but we had the last room as are other hotel was cancelled a week before so was reallocated. The patio area was big with a lovely view of the sea. The owners are very nice. Although only drinks and light snacks at apartments. Supermarket and 2 cafes and a restaurant up the hill. Uphill back from the beach a car would be recommended to get around.

It had a lovely swimming pool, swing chairs , great aircon . Table tennis , play area for kids.

Nothing really. We stayed in the small house away from the main accommodation block. Everything was pleasant and functional. The bunk bed ladder did not safely hook over the top of the bed, so minor fixes and attention needed in places.

Lovely owners, friendly and generous - only too happy to help. Beautiful gardens and pool area. The local village is not far away and neither is the beach. We would definitely stay again in future.

The owner was quite rude to us on arrival and made us feel unwelcome because we weren’t staying for a long time. He told us that if he had known we were arriving later he would have cancelled our booking, even though I had been in contact with them updating on our time of arrival.

There's mold in the bathroom and refrigerator. There's hair on the sheets—they haven't been changed. There's hair and fur on the floor—nobody cleaned it. Everything is sticky with dirt. We canceled our stay due to the unacceptable conditions in the room. Despite this, the owner hasn't refunded our three-day reservation!

The sofa beds were uncomfortable and there should have been an air conditioner in the bedroom. Ir was too hot to sleep in the bedroom

Very old fashioned decor & furniture. No bin for kitchenette. Owner spoke little English & was rude & quite unhelpful. The location was quite isolated although well signposted.

Beautiful pool and grounds. Lovely bar area, plenty of sun beds and parasols. The views were beautiful. The room was cleaned everyday and towels and sheets were changed. The family owners were lovely. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Only a 10 minute uphill walk to the village with a taverna and coffee shop with 2 small supermarkets. 30 minute walk to the beach with 3 nearby restaurants, an up hill walk back. We would definitely stay there again. A really lovely apartment complex.

Quiet location and very clean. Room is cleaned and bins emptied daily. Owner is lovely and very welcoming. Prices in the pool bar were very reasonable. There’s 2 restaurants and supermarket a short walk away. The beach is also in walking distance.

Everything was great! The swimming pool was warm and clean, also the BBQ place is perfect. The garden area was very comfortable, it was as near as perfect. The rooms were clean, and also the owner was super kind to all of the guests who were there.

Nothing really. Although it is important to note that the location is quite remote, so a rental car is highly recommended

Was everything perfect and is there no room for improvement? Off course not, but we choose to look at the positive side of things, which are plentiful: - Fantastic location on a hill surrounded by nature, close to the city of Spartia. - Family owned business; the owner Lefteris (83 years old) and his wife made our stay memorable. They prepared fantastic small meals for small prices, gave us fresh fruit from the garden almost everyday, helped us to prepare a BBQ and even gave us self-prepared BBQ meat on our last night. We also were allowed to use the caravan on the last day after check out before taking our evening flight. - complete apartment with fantastic view - lovely pool with great and sufficient sunbeads - There is a small play garden for the kids
