We benefited from daily cleaning and fresh towels. The location was very clean and equipped with everything needed. We really liked that it was as central as possible and the apartment had two bathrooms, which was perfect for a family with children. I highly recommend the location!

Modern, renovated, very clean with nice aesthetic! Close to the main street of Argostoli with all the restaurants and cafes! Never had an issue with parking which is usually an issue on islands.

Effortless check in and check out. Apartment was cleaned well daily. The bottle of wine and local treats were a nice touch. Always found parking on the same street, but a little trickier in the evening, as the proximity to the town’s main square made the area quite popular. Maria was an excellent host and full of local recommendations.

The apartment is immaculate, extremely clean and with a very high attention to details; we had absolutely everything needed to feel at home. Moreover, the staff is a rare find in this society - from the nice and friendly cleaning lady to the property manager, Maria, who replied super fast and helped us with everything we needed beyond her duties. Amazing property and location Housekeeping was provided everyday. Host had provided everything you would need, better than hotels I have stayed in Rome. Host left us Greek local treats and bottle of wine , beds are very comfortable You are in the heart of Argostoli, just a short stroll to anything you need Definitely would come back

Newly refurbished and cleaned daily with fresh towels. The host was super responsive. Great for families with kids as the kids playground is next to the property and the Agastroli square is often has kids playing as well.

I was looking for a good accommodation at affordable price in order to have the chance to visit any beach on the island and also to have nearby restaurants and markets. Also parking place was a must have. All the above criteria are meet by this property where I was able find very well located apartment in the city center and very well equipped with functional and good quality equipment. On the top the host is precise and discret. As a conclusion I can say: this an excellent base for exploring the island and is closed to airport and also has parking places nearby if traveling by car.

There was not enough room in the balcony to sit alltogether, nor a living room to fit us all, it is in the first floor so you can hear the cars on the street…

While being in a calm street, the flat is right in the city center so there is inevitably some noise at night, but closing the windows solves it all as they are all new and the flat is fresh and conditioned. Difficult to find parking between 8 pm and 11 pm, but nothing too crazy, we managed it without any headaches!

Very cosy and modern apartment right in the city center of Argostoli. The flat has alla the right spaces to give your comfort, has been fully renewed and furnished with great taste and has all you need for a comfortable stay. Then you just step out and can walk in the city or by the sea which is 3 mins walk away. On top of this, Maria is a fantastic host, always very kind and always available for any need you might have. We hope to come back soon!

The best apartment we stayed in great service very clean and had the best facilities. Washing machine cleaned rooms everyday fresh towels. maria was very very helpful. I would highly recommend.

The wifi wasn't great.

The apartment itself was beautiful and the location was very central. It was within walking distance from lots of restaurants in the main town of Argostoli. They would clean the apartment every day so we were very happy with the cleanliness. Also, the amenities were great! Lastly, check-in and check-out were super easy. For check-in, we were met at the door to be given the keys, and she provided us with many amazing recommendations for our stay from beaches to restaurants. They were all amazing recommendations too. We would definitely stay here again!!

The hot water was the only issue. It would only last 10 minutes, so we had to space showers and turn the shower off to utilise the temperature. The instructions are to turn on the boiler half hour before use but even with it on over many hours, it still didn't last long. However, showers don't need to be long in Greece's heat and using the sea!

This place could not be closer to the action. 30 meters and you are in the main square - bars, restaurants & clubs within stones a throw. Free parking out front made life easy. This place is perfect for 2x couples or friends. Both beds are incredibly comfy and both bathrooms were very modern and dressed nicely. Aircon helped in every room and a balcony for a sunny breakfast was a treat. The place was cleaned every day and the host was very informative about beaches etc. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Kefalonia. (Be sure to check out Bee's Knees bar for the best cocktails!)

The street noise during the night was quite difficult to endure. This is the price to pay for the central location.

The apartments themselves were perfect, comfortable, the amenities great, and the daily service a bonus. The location couldn’t be more central. The host was helpful and available.
