Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious , comfortable, there is everything you need and it is very clean. Also , the wifi in the villa was excellent.The owners are very nice , discreet and helpful ladies. We loved our stay and will definitely come back.

The Wi-Fi connection could be better, but this appears to be more of a regional issue — we’ve had the same experience in other places on Halkidiki. And here’s one small suggestion: the glass panel in the shower could be extended or replaced with a full enclosure or door, to make showering more comfortable. Since the glass only covers part of the shower area, it’s easy to splash water and get the entire bathroom wet if you’re not careful.

Our stay at this place was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was not only aesthetically beautiful but also thoughtfully equipped and spotlessly clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen had everything one could possibly need – from modern appliances to every piece of cookware and utensil. The bathroom was stylish and modern, and everything — from the curtains to the walls — was spotless. The terrace was spacious and had a sunshade, while every window was equipped with mosquito nets, shutters, and both blackout and light curtains — a detail we really appreciated. The cleanliness deserves special praise — the rooms are cleaned daily, and both the rooms and the entire building smell wonderful all the time. Now, the yard… It’s truly beyond words. A massive, immaculately maintained garden filled with lush grass, olive and palm trees, colorful flowers, and decorative details like small sculptures, charming pots, and ornamental stones. Everything is in perfect order and harmony. There are two outdoor shower cabins with hot water, a faucet with a sink, two sitting areas — one with a lovely swing set — and everything is brand new. There’s also a barbecue area, as well as swings and a seesaw for small children. Every corner is thoughtfully arranged, even with candles for a cozy evening atmosphere. One side of the yard borders a large olive grove, and the entire place feels like a true earthly paradise. The peace and quiet are amazing — just the sounds of nature and cicadas. And yet, the location is perfect — less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, center, supermarket, taverns, and bakeries. Still, it’s far enough to feel secluded and tranquil. We never needed the air conditioning — we slept with the windows open, enjoying the sounds of the night. The hosts — Isabela and Anastasia — are absolutely wonderful women. Warm, kind, and always ready to help with anything you might need.

We stayed in Toroni already few times and Anastasia's house the best place we were. There are lot of pros: - owners are kind people, servise is perfect and not bother - communication is fast and easy, Isabella and mom Anastasia speak English fluently and always ready to help if you need something - locaion is nice, you don't hear noise from another hotels and taverns, but a t the same moment it's really close to the long nice beach(3-4 minutes walk) , where you can always find a free space - beds are big an comfortable for sleep, air condidtioner is quite and works well If you search calm nice place, I definitelly recomend for staying and wish to come back there again next year!

We commented between ourselves that we would like to see more hooks in the room for clothes. Or hats, because me and my husband were wearing them. This is only our opinion, somebody else maybe wouldnt even notice that.

Beautiful apartment + terasse, inside and outside. Very pleasent ambient and yard. There is a super spot for barbecue although we didnt use it. There are nets on the windows and terasse doors. Everything was very close, including the main beach. Big greeting for Efi and Isabelle!

The size of the shower is small but for a couple of days it's ok.

Proximity to the beach, center, shops and restaurants at the same time very quiet, peaceful and shady. Nice terrace and well maintained garden. External bbq. Very clean. Polite owners.

I regret that I could not stay more days.

We received a very nice room, equipped with everything necessary. Most of all, we love the terrace attached to the room, which we did not have to share with other guests. The courtyard is spacious, with many flowers, surrounded by gardens with olive trees. We had a lot of fresh air and peace. The ladies who manage the house are very polite, available to help at any time and speak English well.

There was a stale smell in the room which did not went away, we kept the windows open but it only diminished and not disappeared, the host told us when we checked in it was coming from outside and it will go away but it didn’t. There was some issue with the warm water in our first days, and for 2 days the water was yellowish, but afterwards it was fixed and we did not have any other problems. Be aware that the shower cabin is small.

Spacious room, mini kitchen with everything you need, very useful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. AC saved us from hot days so it was definitely a plus. Outdoor facilities (bbq, outdoor shower, garden, etc.) are really nice and maintained. The hosts are very kind and helpful.

Almost no disadvantage apart from a small one - the construction of the shower is quite strange, it's impossible to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom. Not a major issue though.

The hostess is incredibly welcoming and willing to help, I was deeply impressed with her warm and thoughtful attitude to the guests. The location of the hotel is outstanding - very close to the beach (which is really wonderful, coarse sand and azure sea), but aside from the streets with heavy traffic, in a cosy olive garden. It's very quiet at nights in the hotel. Despite the weather was hot the temperature in the room was very comfortable, we even had no need in switching AC on. The room is very tidy and being cleaned up regularly.

We would highly recommend Anastasia's House and we will certainly be returning again!Anastasia's House is family owned and run, and they really make you feel like you're part of the family. We truly have never felt more cared for during a vacation than we did staying here. Anastasia and Isabella the owners were wonderful persons,very accommodating and helpful.Both ladies provided us with a wonderfully warm welcome and took care of us with a great sense of hospitality throughout our stay. Great location, within walking distance to the beach,shop's and restaurants/taverns. Wonderful room with all amenities, really comfortable bed and a garden view.
